“The location of this house is absolutely amazing. You are definitely paying for the location. The house is a simple beach house but the view is unbeatable. We were there during the 4th of July and you could see mayflower beach (a short walk away) completely packed. It was so nice to have our own private beach. The sunsets were beautiful. ”
