Doccia esterna, terrazza e vialetto. Comodo, accogliente e ben posizionato. Bagno e cucina appena aggiornati. Questo è un quartiere adatto alle famiglie senza traffico intenso. 10 minuti dall'uscita 9 di Dennis vicino alla piazza Stop and Shop. Piste ciclabili e kayak con una guida facile. Molta privacy e spazio per i gomiti. Tutte le varietà di spiagge disponibili. National Seashore è a breve distanza. Cortile completamente recintato. Questo è un cottage per non fumatori. Non più di 2 cani.

This was our third year staying at this location. We love the new addition to the property We love the closeness to some of our favorite cape cod locations. Chris is wonderful to work with and is a great communicator. Thanks Chris !

Loved the location of this home centrally located on the Cape. There are some shops nearby that are within easy walking distance. Our dog loved the side yard would stay here again.

Dogs were as thrilled with the house and yard and area as we were. (Ocean! Bunnies! Dog supply store in easy walking distance!) We were also able to go to nearby restaurants with our dogs, dining outside. Highly recommend.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Very well organized and stocked with loads of pots and pans and anything else you might want. Also, host is very nice.

Cozy little Cape in a quiet neighborhood a 15 min walk from the beach. There’s not a ton of shops or restaurants in the nearby town but we enjoyed it as a home base for exploring the area

Great for what we were looking for a quick getaway. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. Cozy and welcoming home. Enjoyed spending time on the back porch.

This is just what you need when you need simplicity with amenities! Very clean and relaxing and with the beach a half mile away was an added bonus. Chris was very quick with responses to some questions and made sure all was well! Thanks Chris! I enjoyed myself immensely!

Beautiful Cape home with a new bathroom and awesome sun room. Pretty fenced in yard for our dogs. Immaculate inside. Close to the beach and activities. I have already rented again for next year. I would only change two things. The cameras on the property and the Queen mattress. Owner shuts the cameras off when you arrive but awkward knowing you could be on Big Brother. We are respectful renters so just ignored them .Had A beautiful vacation and love the property!!!

This is the second year we stayed here and we love it. Such a cute place on a lovely (and quiet) residential street. The addition of the sun room is absolutely brilliant… we spent almost all of our time out there. Just really cozy and fun!

We truly appreciate enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for us. Our pups enjoyed the yard. We especially appreciated the location. Day trips to other parts of the Cape were close. We would stay there again.

The lockbox, to get the door key, was a little difficcult to open and close. Other than that, our stay was excellent. Everything we could possibly want in and out of the cottage was right at our fingertips.

We liked Chris' cottage so much last year, we booked it again this year. Perfect for us and our little dog. Super clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Mid-Cape makes it convenient to all Cape Cod has to offer. Two thumbs way up!
