Nestled in a quaint community near the beach, this condo offers a beautiful escape for a year-round vacation. This convenient oasis features the prime fusion of comfort and convenience and is well-equipped with all home comforts. A complex boardwalk makes it simple to stroll to the sand. A shared sundeck is a prime place to soak up the rays. Kick back for movie nights in the welcoming living area. A TV sets the scene, a gas fireplace adds ambience, and a queen sofa bed provides another sleeping option. The kitchen has all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks. You will find a microwave, sink, dishwasher, two-burner stove, and refrigerator. Added perks of this family-friendly vacation rental include partial air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and beach towels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay!

The condo was lovely. Super clean. The beach was small and Shelly/rocky but that’s okay. Bathrooms/showers were great! Bed was good. Couch bed was awful unfortunately but I know that’s how to have a good mattress on. We would stay again!!

Very Nice Condo

Very nice condo. Clean and well stocked. Just the right size for a couple. Only a few steps from the beach, which is private. Great Cape Cod location mid way down the cape. Only 20 minutes from shopping and the fish pier in Chatham and an hour from Provincetown. We would definitely stay again. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not 5 are some minor issues that are easily addressed: Needs a new mattress on the bed. Way too soft Drain in the master bath slow Most important: The door keypad is awful. Needs a 9 digit code which doesn’t work even when entered correctly. Took multiple attempts to get in every time we used it. There must be an easier type of keypad lock. Other than these small issues I would recommend and we would rent again.

Last minute cancel

Arrived at property and found a team of contractors replacing the roof. Since we were only staying in the area for a couple of days and we didn’t want to listen to the noise we decided to find another place to stay.

Perfect little getaway

Booked this for our first time visiting the cape. The unit was very nice but a little cozy — definitely a good size for a couple, wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people. AC worked really well, and it was nice to curl up next to the fireplace at night. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries because while there are some provided, it’s definitely not enough if you’re staying more than 2-3 days. Hot tub and pool were out of commission (and looked like they had been for a very long time) but the condo’s semi private beach was beautiful! In fact, my boyfriend proposed to me on it at sunset while we were staying! We definitely will be booking this place again if we come back to Dennis port.

Great location!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The decor was perfect. We had read in previous comments about an air conditioner not working so we assumed it would be repaired…it wasn’t…it got very warm. We also had a very hard time getting in the door with the code lock. It rarely worked on the first try- sometimes took several tries. We would love to stay again if these things are taken care of.

Great off-season stay

We really enjoyed the location and overall feeling of this rental. The building looks like old school Cape Cod, but the inside is very updated. We loved the short walk to the beach, and the comfort of the fireplace on a rainy, windy weekend. Downsides included things I read in comments by others...the drain stopper in the bathtub is still not working, so we could not give my 18 month old grandson a bath since the tub would not hold water. And the comments about how uncomfortable the couch bed is were spot on! I slept on it and the metal bar was very pronounced right where my ribs were, followed by a big sagging area where my hips were. I also brought my own sheets since I wasn't sure if there were sheets for the couch bed. I didn't notice any there. There was also a water leak in the bathroom ceiling (the bathroom off the kitchen). With the heavy rain we had, it was dripping down the mirror and onto the sink for most of the weekend. Finally, this has nothing to do with the rental, but I will avoid rentals managed by Vacasa going forward since the cleaning and other fees were more than 2 1/2 times the cost of two night stay. That is not affordable or reasonable in my opinion, and feels very unfortunate overall.

Properly Manager bad communication

Wanted to reschedule due to COVID in my family and was given conflicting info. Ultimately they would.not reschedule (even in winter on Cape Cod) and wouldnt even refund a cleaning fee. I asked for the property manager Vacasa to contact the owner but got. I response. Would not book again with any property managed by Vacasa.
