The open living room is a comfortable place to unwind after the beach, watch a movie, play games, or relax with family and friends.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen includes the essentials for easy breakfasts, snacks, and simple meals during your stay. Please note the cottage does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy new appliances, a fridge with freezer, oven with air fryer features, a Keurig for single-serve coffee, and a drip coffee maker for a fresh pot in the morning.

BEDROOMS
Three cozy bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping space for families, couples, kids, or friends traveling together. The cottage includes two full-size beds and two twin-size beds for a comfortable night’s rest.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the large deck, grill, outdoor shower, foot wash station, and fire pit area — ideal for rinsing off after the beach, eating outside, and spending relaxed Cape Cod evenings together.

BEACH GEAR
Guests may use two beach wagons, six beach chairs, an umbrella, beach blanket, and sand toys.

GOOD TO KNOW
The cottage has one full indoor bathroom and does not have a washer or dryer. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.

Guest access
We’re excited to share our lovely beach cottage with you! Three days before your stay, you’ll receive the property address and your door code for entry.

Guests have access to the main living areas of the cottage, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, full bathroom, porch area with beach gear, deck, outdoor shower, foot wash station, grill, fire pit area, and driveway parking for 2 cars. Additional parking is available, we request to please contact us first to receive further instructions.

Beach gear is located in the porch area and can be accessed through the interior back door. For beach days, guests are welcome to use the two beach wagons, six beach chairs, beach umbrella, blanket, and sand toys. Please make sure the interior back door is fully closed and secured after each use.

For safety and privacy, guests may not access the upstairs area or use a ladder.

Please do not go beyond the roped-off area at the back of the deck, that area leads onto the neighboring property.

The side porch screen door is not intended for guest entry or exit. Please use the main entry doors. Thank you.

-Only registered guests allowed. If you are a local resident, please contact us before booking. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
