“This was our third time staying at Steve’s cottage. It has been wonderful each time. The property is maintained well and very clean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, use the community pool and shop/dine on Main Street Hyannis. Steve is very prompt to respond and checks in with us to make sure our stay is perfect. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!”

“Hello Paul: We had a wonderful stay in your home in Brewster. Enjoyed all the attributes that Brewster and the surrounding area have to offer. Thank you for the DOT book and library. Very fun to peruse. Knowing you have just gone through a very impressive renovation, I have a few comments that may help in further improvements which I am sure you are aware. Stepping stones to the outdoor shower, chest of drawers in all the bedrooms. With the great weather we had, an umbrella on the picnic table...

“This was the perfect spot for our family get away. Plenty of room for myself, my husband, and son. The home was clean and a stones throw from the beach where you could sit out and hear the waves as you have your morning coffee. Will definitely be booking with them again next summer!”

“This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable”
