“we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again. ”

“Check in was fine. It’s your payment system with the hotel that I have an issue with. There is a delay in how they get the money I prepaid and that resulted in my credit card being charged by the hotel for a few hundred dollars. I’m hoping that the credit for those charges are resolved but I have to wait until I’m home & can check my cc statement online. You need to do better to keep this from happening as I shouldn’t have to worry about disputing charges”
