1st thing was a bad smell getting off the 3rd floor elevator but the room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was clean as was everything else. I had reserved a room with a pullout but as I didn't have anyone with me, it wasn't a huge matter. The room had poor lighting, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling as wrong paint used. The door in the bathroom didn't even shut all the way. I didn't make a fuss because I didn't want to have to change rooms and move somewhere else. It was adequate, if a little bit overpriced.

This was the perfect spot to easily get to Red Rocks ampitheater yet not too far from the airport. The area was quiet with shopping & dining options very close. Great stay!

When we arrived at our room, there was somebody else’s underwear in the bathroom. When we turned on the bathtub, it began to leak through the lining and out onto the carpeted floor. We were placed in a new room. The next day, we returned late at night to find that the power was out at the hotel. We asked if there was a way for us to take a shower or charge our phones, to which they just offered us a flashlight. We were never offered compensation for these inconveniences.

Hi Martin,Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I apologize if there were issues with the first room you were checked into, fortunately we were able to move you rooms. Unfortunately the power is something that was out of our control, the whole are was affected by this not just our property and your reservation being prepaid thru a third party we were unable to make any adjustments. I hope you can give us another opportunity in the future.

Older hotel - but still kept up. Clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. We did not have a vehicle so we were able to walk across the road and do any shopping needed - and lots of eating opportunities.

We stayed at Aiden in Golden for two nights in late April. The hotel has all the basic necessities at a reasonable price. The room was clean, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and the location was near (not too near to be noisy) a major interstate. The cost was considerably less than nearby major hotel chains. It was perfect for our needs on this visit to Golden, since we were busy all day and just needed a comfortable and quiet place to sleep!

The room was nice! Wood floors, comfortable bed. TV had only regular TV stations that were fuzzy. Hot tub was hot but the jets weren’t strong. Sauna was great! Patio, breakfast, coffee/teas choices and bar were very well stocked. One thing that would need to change for me to rebook would be the smell of the hallway outside of our room. I think the carpet needs to be replaced or removed/wood floors put down. The hallway smelled like a mix of a locker room/unkept rest stop restroom. The staff was very kind and receptive to my comments at checkout. Overall, decent place to stay, very convenient for what we were doing.

Stayed on a Friday night. People partied in the parking lot. Going up and down the hallway being loud and rowdy. We were on the third floor and the eighteen wheelers going down the freeway with there jake brake on kept us up all night.

Thank you for your feedback Ms. Jennifer,Unfortunately during the time that you stayed with us it was during the 4/20 Denver celebration and with so many concert attendees staying with us it was a little noisy. I hope you would consider giving us another opportunity in the future and we can check you in into rooms facing our pool that would be a bit quieter.

Super convenient location for seeing a show at Red Rocks with your basic strip mall amenities like groceries and restaurants within walking distance. It’s clean and quiet and has a mini mart onsite for snacks and beverages. My only disappointment was that the pool was drained and I would have liked to take a swim.

I am sorry the pool was not ready for your enjoyment, since it is an outdoor pool we usually close it during the cold season but we are really close to opening it by the end of May. The desk gave me my key for my room. I went up to it and went in turned on the light to find a woman in the room sleeping on the bed. I quickly left went back down to the desk and the gal at the counter said sorry gave me a new room and said that can happen from time to time. I have never had this happen before and do not intend to ever stay here again. When I got to the room with no one in it it was dirty, and the sink had an awful smell coming from it.

The staff was great but the room was pretty dirty. Shower not cleaned and some ants eating crumbs off the bedside table. No trash can in the room either which is weird. Bed was clean and comfy though

Rooms facing the road are noisy. Once we switched rooms much better. Breakfast was ok, I’d say 3/5. The rooms are updated but you can tell they cut corners on some things, but beds are comfortable.

The hotel is a bit worn out, especially the rooms. When I showed up for breakfast 20 minutes before closing half of the items were not available and I had to ask the young lady working there to bring out more eggs, Canadian bacon, milk and yogurt because there was none.
