Cottage a Denver

“Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. ”

“Overall a very pleasant stay, beds are comfortable. Everything was easy to locate in the apartment (I.e. extra linens). The Host quickly responded to any questions I had. Thank you for making our trip very relaxing and stress free.”

“Lovely, spacious home in a great location. The house is very well stocked-especially the kitchen. I would be happy to rent again.”

“Cute place and private”

“Very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to get away with a great host! She checked in on us frequently and made sure things were smooth. Would definitely book again!”

“Property was awesome! A little tucked away but worth it. The bed was comfortable and it is a very peaceful and quiet area, until I set the smoke alarm off trying to bake a pizza. Sorry again. 10/10 would stay again!”

“Over-rated in my opinion. Very pricey for what you get and seems weird to check in. The view is also not great as they claim. Very small space and no hot water.”

“Very cool property, beautiful creek. We enjoyed ourselves. The propane grill was handy, and check in and out were very easy ”

“House was beautiful and had everything we needed as family of 5! We will definitely be back!”

“This was a fun and unique way to enjoy the outdoors without all the hassle of packing up all your camping gear. Everything was provided, even a telescope to do some star gazing. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!Owners communicated well and the property amenities like the basketball hoop and hot tub were excellent.”
