Fraud!!! There was a hole in the bathroom wall before we got to stay in our room! We were only there 2 nights and I told hotel services that there was damage to the room prior to our stay. Still got charged $100 fee!!! I called and tried to explain and the manager changed his story 3 different times. “We inspect the room monthly,” to “We inspect the room weekly,” to “I inspected the room before your stay.” I bet they will leave it there and just keep charging guests. So frustrating!!! Their utility door is busted it had a 2 foot crack in it, shouldn’t have surprised me if they leave other areas of the hotel wrecked.
All the reviews say the rooms are dirty and unclean, pretty much sums it up on how often they “inspect” their rooms. Even if they did inspect the rooms like he said (at varying intervals) how can you see rooms that dirty and approve them for the next guest?? We needed a quick stay for our trip, wish I read the reviews I am never staying at a Marriott again I have had less problems with 1 star motels
