Wonderful Home away from Home
The hosts were very accommodating. Very easy to get to, they even hooked us up with lift tickets at cost. I highly recommend staying here. I will be staying in the future when we return to Colorado. The home was very clean, just what you want when traveling.

Beautiful deck in a great location
Enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck with its beautiful view. Very close to Red Rocks and Golden. Great communication with the host. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Great place
It is a great place with easy access to the surrounding area. Great views and a very clean and comfortable apartment. The views from the deck are amazing.

Excellent
Nafisa was a wonderful hostess - friendly, responsive, and helpful. The home is beautiful. Our accommodations were excellent and exactly what we needed for a special weekend - comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. I’ll definitely stay there again when I make another trip.

Great Location
Nice property with great view of the mountain side, close to where we wanted to be. Red Rocks, hiking and not too far of a drive to Denver. We would stay again.

No privacy, no thermostat, unsafe stairs
The only credit I can give to these hosts is that they were friendly and communicative, but for a service like VRBO that markets itself as having an entire vacation home to yourself, this property offered the least privacy and distance than any other I have stayed in with VRBO or its competitors. I had to reach out to hosts multiple times per day to clarify discrepancies in details in the VRBO listing and to beg the host to turn up the AC because they had control of it from upstairs and the basement with only sheer curtains (bright as the sun at 5am every day) was sweltering hot. I was told to open windows which didn’t have screens and let in bugs and all of the traffic noise from the interstate at the bottom of the hill. The stairs leading to the basement were narrow and shaky, a complete safety hazard. Parking is a nightmare (and I received a message from the host literally hours before we arrived that we couldn’t even use one of the listed parking spaces). Would not stay here again even with pretty view, nice hosts, and convenient location. Don’t boast privacy as a service and then have me share space and amenities with the home owner.

We pride ourselves on having an accurate listing-including noting the shared HVAC and ask all guests to read the full description before booking. Lindsey was the most challenging guest we have ever hosted and most of this review is untruthful or grossly exaggerated. The only “discrepancy” mentioned to us was that the WiFi password did not work because it being typed incorrectly. She had constant demands including expecting us to charge an electric vehicle when such capabilities are not listed in the description. The HVAC has never been an issue before or after this guest. We have a smart thermostat that does not go below 65. We are in the mountains and this has never been a problem, however we set the thermostat as low as it would go, bundled up, and replied to each of Lindsey’s demands with prompt kindness. Hosting Lindsey made for a stressful weekend, but thankfully this was just one guest out of many excellent guests we have had the pleasure of hosting.

Basement w nice patio looking at I-70
Convenient to Red Rocks and very spacious for a basement apartment. The patio was nice but you see and hear I-70. The stairs were well lit at night but lugging our large suitcases down wasn’t ideal. Two nights w fees and taxes was nearly $1000.00 and there’s someone living above you. Owners were helpful and the folks upstairs helped with the door code issue. We would stay there for another great night at Red Rocks! Thanks for your hospitality.
