“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The hotel was under renovations during our stay we were only told a few days before there was no gym. There was no place to hang out, and apparently some of the construction workers knocked out the Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi the entire time I was there and I had a lot of work to do I was quite disappointed in everything and we got a brand new room, but the layout was poor. There was no outlet near the mirror so if someone was using the bathroom, we cannot dry your hair or use the mirror for...

“Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks ”

“Really nice location close to Brown Univeristy. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Staff was very cordial and friendly. There is $15 per day for parking (which was called out in the listing so just calling out for others to know)”
