    Questa nuova casa si trova in un vecchio quartiere tranquillo sulla spiaggia, lontano dalle strade principali e dal traffico. L'ingresso alla spiaggia è proprio dietro l'angolo da casa (circa 600 piedi) ed è una delle spiagge per il surf più popolari della zona. La casa offre molto spazio di raccolta e privacy con una vista parziale sull'oceano blu dalla camera da letto principale e dalla spiaggia di sabbia per chilometri.

    La casa dispone di 10 camere da letto
    oltre a una sala multimediale privata e 8 bagni con acqua calda continua assicurando che non si esaurisce mai l'acqua calda. Tutte le 13 regine / re dispongono di nuovi lussuosi materassi pillow top europei e lenzuola di lusso. Nessun letto a castello o divano letto in casa lo rende perfetto per riunioni e ospiti aziendali. Nessun passaggio al livello principale lo rende perfetto anche per chi ha problemi di mobilità.

    Il livello principale dispone di 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni, sala riunioni, grande cucina, sala da pranzo, lavanderia, vasca idromassaggio riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio che consente agli ospiti con problemi di mobilità di rimanere attivamente coinvolti con il resto del gruppo e di ritirarsi facilmente nella loro stanza solo pochi piedi quando desiderato.

    La sala riunioni dispone di 3 divani, divanetto, sedie e pouf che circondano un grande camino a gas e il televisore da 70 pollici che rende questa casa ideale per partite di calcio e incontri di festa.

    La cucina / sala da pranzo / area di raccolta è aperta per intrattenere permettendo a tutto il gruppo di interagire e intrattenere con un sacco di spazio per tutti. La cucina professionale presenta un enorme tavolo / isola al quarzo da 16 piedi che funge anche da tavolo da conferenza con vista completa sul camino a gas e televisione da 70 pollici per riunioni, presentazioni o condivisione di video di famiglia. Guarda i film su Netflix, Blu-Ray e direttamente dal tuo smartphone.

    La cucina dispone di armadi moderni, ripiani in quarzo ed elettrodomestici Viking Professional con una gamma di gas a 5 fuochi che supporta pentole di dimensioni ristorante, 2 forni, 2 lavastoviglie, 2 microonde, 2 frigoriferi inox, piccoli elettrodomestici, pentole, stoviglie, 2 ferri da cialda, caffè commerciale produttori e altro ancora. Porta i tuoi chicchi di caffè preferiti e goditi il nostro bar espresso con oltre 20 sciroppi, salse al cioccolato e caramello e altro ancora. Ci sono 2 tavoli pieghevoli per pranzi, giochi e puzzle aggiuntivi.

    Al piano superiore è presente una sala da biliardo aperta e una piccola sala multimediale con 2 divani in pelle per il teatro, 4 sedie morbide e una TV da 50 pollici in cui gli adulti possono scappare o intrattenere i bambini per ore con giochi e film.
    Ci sono 6 camere da letto con bagno privato. Il master dispone di una vasca idromassaggio con camino a vista e vista sull'oceano. Ogni camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale o king size, TV a schermo piatto e canali via cavo. Alcune camere dispongono di 2 letti matrimoniali.

    Situato vicino al ponte, il centro benessere con piscina riscaldata da 19 piedi offre una corrente regolabile da 0 a 950 galloni al minuto sfidando anche i migliori nuotatori, mentre la vasca idromassaggio ha 8 posti a sedere con molti getti e riscaldamento separato per mantenere la vasca idromassaggio e nuotare spa a temperature ideali. Perfect for a Family Reunion

This home is well set up, has a well stocked kitchen. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, spices. Very clean. So many bathrooms! The swim spa was a huge hit. Short walk to the beach. Loved the huge table - small groups played board games or did art projects. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Thank you.

All the above. We were so very grateful to have this property made available to us. It was perfect for our family gathering. Two ovens, two microwaves, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a table that sat our group of 17 comfortably for meals and games.There were enough chairs to seat up to 22 if needed. We were particularly impressed with how quiet it was. There was no noise to be heard from adjoining bedrooms etc. the hot tub and swim pool were a welcome bonus. There was way more than enough cookware needed and lots of utensils, bowls, plates, cups, and glasses and silverware. However, we were a bit surprised there wasn’t a set of Pyrex bakeware. Fortunately, the market down the street had some aluminum pans we were able to purchase for baking. We appreciated Danny and the exemplary hospitality he provided considering we were a last minute booking. The appearance and cleanliness was exemplary. It was also nice to be able to speak directly to the owner, Joe. Although we missed having an ocean view, access to the beach is a very short walk to a path leading to the beach.

Lots of room close to beach

Enjoyed having lots of sleeping space. The kitchen set up was tight but the trade off was we could all sit and eat together. Kitchen was well stocked except a few key elements: salt, anything to juice a lime with, the blender jar. Easy walk to a great beach.

When we had a problem with a door, Joe had someone there the next day and took care of it. This place was perfect for the number of people we had, everyone had a bed, most had their own bathroom. The kitchen table brought everyone together for meals so I loved that. The spa pool was the best for kids and adults, had a fire in the pit one night and room to play cornhole. Walk to the beach was easy and not far at all, fires on the beach and kids had a blast and the ladies laughed ourselves silly watching teens and the old guys play football on the beach. I'd stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks!

Nice house but the fees are not worth it!

We had a large group of family stay at the house for a long weekend. The first thing we noticed was that the A/C was not able to cool the house, even on days where the temps were in the 60’s. It made it hard to sleep at night, especially for those upstairs. The rooms were tiny, though it was nice that many had bathrooms attached. We opened the swim spa and hot tub and saw a lot of sand in the bottom, as well as stuff floating!in them. The cost for the spa/hot tub cleaning was insanely high. I emailed them about this issue while we were there, and they asked if I called someone. When I said no, they didn’t respond further. They didn’t refund any of the cleaning fees, or even apologize for it. The beach access is close however it is a tough walk down the slope and rocks for those with mobility issues. All in all, it worked for us, but the high fees for the property and the lack of cleanliness made it not worth it. There are other big properties with better locations and lower fees.

Great for large groups

We rented both houses to accommodate 40 people for a friend's 50th birthday party. The layout of the houses are great for large groups; tons of bedrooms and a bathroom in nearly every room, so very comfortable. The kitchens were well-stocked and the hot tubs were fantastic. Proximity to the beach was great! My only criticism was the parking situation, and a few things in the homes weren't working properly (one microwave wasn't working, not all burners on the gas stove were working, one of the ovens wouldn't light, and the smoke alarms in both homes went off every time we cooked (yet there was no smoke). The biggest issue was parking. The houses accommodate 40 people, but there is only enough parking for 10 cars (five at each house, and is strictly enforced). We had people coming from all over (various states), so we had a lot of cars. I don't feel like the parking policy is fair for the size and capacity of the homes, and especially for the amount of money paid for these properties. Street parking was strictly prohibited and there were no good alternative options. This was a continual issue for our large group. Again, when a house accommodates 40 people, they should provide adequate parking. Overall, we had a great experience and I can only imagine trying to manage such large homes with so many guests, so the few things that didn't work weren't a huge issue. I would recommend these houses for large groups, but hopefully they can figure out good alternative parking.

Huge house but dirty and neglected

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of three families with a total of 13 people stay in this house in July. It is about a block’s walk off the beach and is easy to access US 101. There were a lot of positives with the house as it has many bedrooms and bathrooms. However, we found the house was not cleaned very well. There were Cheerios and goldfish from the previous renters underneath the rug and couch. Hairs all over the bathroom. The carpet in the bedrooms was not very clean and had stains in many of the bedrooms. And one of the dishwashers was an ill repair, falling out of the cupboard. The deck had not been power, washed, or cleaned and several months And several of the lights didn’t even have knobs to turn on and off. The air conditioning did not work, and there were no ceiling fans to move the air around as we had to open the windows. Overall, this house was great for a big group of people and was a Central location to go and explore. The owners need to spend some time and money on doing a deep, clean and hiring a better cleaning crew.

Late check-in and early check out. We paid for pet and cleaning deposit. When we arrived we found a literal laundry list of items to be cleaned before 10:00 a.m. check out. Water heater kept alarming when it went off line 4-6 times a day and night. Jetted tub did not work. Smoke alarms were beeping constantly upon arrival. T.V.'s in several rooms did not work. Barbecue had no propane and had to purchased. Very little toilet paper and no soap or shampoo. No paper towels or trash bags. All had to be purchased. Property was 2 blocks from the beach and had no view. The neighborhood was very shabby and unkept. We paid far to much for this property. We should receive a partial refund on the cleaning deposit, pet deposit for all the cleaning we did. We should also be refunded for the first and last days due to late check-in and early check out. At an average of $?,???.00 a day, this property with all it's problems and location combined with laundry list of cleaning prior to departure, I would warn anyone who wants to rent this property. I believe I should receive a refund of $?,???.?? which is 2 days rent. Buyer beware.

All was well except ...

The location, parking, size of the house (the enormous table was incredible!), responsive host, and amenities were all really nice.What was not nice was:- The stove/oven did not work for the entire duration of our stay. We could use a lighter to start a burner but the oven had no such option.- The knobs that turn on the gas for the stove activate with the slightest touch. They were always getting accidentally turned on and we would need to air out the kitchen frequently due to the smell of natural gas.- One of the two freezers wouldn't open, rendering it unavailable.- Two of the three bathroom vents upstairs did not work. #humid- The hot tub control panel wigs out and won't allow any adjustments or use of the jets. It tripped the breaker twice while being used.We had a party of 18 and paid a significant amount for our stay. This much disrepair was surprising. Lastly, our large group has stayed at other properties in the past, and this one has by far the most checkout requirements.All that being said, if the house was in complete working order we would stay there again.

Vacation Home for Large Groups & Stormy Weather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedrooms and Bathrooms Galore! Do you like to sleep late or take walks on the beach? Do you enjoy late night games or TV marathons? The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and appliances. This is perfect. The massive table leaves room on one end for food/drink while playing games on the opposing end. If you don't like games you can watch TV or videos in the great room, in a bedroom or playroom upstairs. There are four lower-level bed/bathrooms for young children or those who cannot manage stairs. It stormed all week-end so we enjoyed the space, warmth, food, games, TV, laughing, stories and friendship!

The pool was half full, one of the freezer doors would not open, the rooms were smaller than the pictures indicated, there was only dishwasher soap for five loads, there was no soap for the showers, the online description said you had to bring your own propane which seemed ridiculous. Compared to the houses we have rented over the last few years this was somewhat over priced for what you got (no view, some tiny bedrooms).

An excellent place for family gathering

We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodations met our needs very well. There were no problems with the kitchen, bathrooms, and other facilities. The supervisor at Together Resorts called me the week prior to our visit to answer questions which was very helpful. We did not have a need to call the local property manager during our stay. We would be happy to come back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the house was dirty, ant problem, very few pool towels, grill needs updated completely burnt out, garbage in the back yard, swim pool wasn't working, hot tub quit working, freezer door was frozen shut, and maintenance was absolutely no help.

The property was cold and uninviting. The location wasn’t great and the description did not match what we actually saw when we got there. There were NOT nice linens as the add mentioned. The add Also points out that there is a media room which has a destroyed couch and a tv (not even a smart tv) with no blue ray player/fire stick etc… or anyway to watch anything. Accommodations were awful. This place was bare bones at best. If you stay here you better bring your own foil 🙄. I would expect us to have a little more accommodation given its such a big property advertised as Replace the evening go and actually be able to use the property. Half of the appliances didn’t work and

Large Group - Great Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for seven couples and two singles. All having their own rooms, six of which had private bathrooms... a strong plus! We were there for a work retreat and enjoyed the home, it met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the long table fitting all of us together. It was a bit snug to pass through between the table the galley side of the kitchen. It was nice having two dish washers and ovens. Hot tub was nice, though only one guest used it, because it was January and cold out! The house was very clean, no complaints there to share. We had a challenge with the keyless lock, apparently it was a dead battery. It got worked out the next day. Beds slept comfortably for most, plenty of towels. It’s hard to find a home for large groups that offers equal/similar room options, usually someone is sleeping on a futon or pull out couch, etc. I like that all the rooms had a Queen or King bed, most had tv’s. Many in our group accessed the beach area and enjoyed morning walks! There’s a local grocery store a half mile away with a very nice staff! Easy access in to town and Lincoln City. As mentioned in other reviews which doesn’t reflect on the property, the street to the house is full of potholes. Drive carefully or you can use the street to the north of property and drive in from the back side! Boom, problem solved! I’d gladly use this home again!

Winter holiday stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is large and comfortable as described. The swim spa and hot tub were fantastic. The beach is a short walk and is gorgeous. In general the house is well furnished and supplied, though guests should be aware that certain amenities provided in most rental houses are not provided here, such as shower gel/soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, games/puzzles/books, etc. There were not enough trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. (And there were only six of us in a house that sleeps 20, so there should have been plenty.) The glassware was mostly plastic party cups and coffee mugs; there was only one regular drinking glass and only two wine glasses. There was no aluminum foil, plastic wrap/bags, or storage containers for leftovers.Also be aware that guests cannot stream content on the many TVs in the house because the TVs are not set up for that. Guests should bring an hdmi adapter or a roku stick/apple tv device if they want to watch anything other than broadcast TV. We wish we had known that in advance.The manager, Joe, was generally very responsive and helpful. We had to delay our arrival by a day due to a snowstorm because Joe's regular cleaners couldn't get there to ready the house for us. This was inconvenient but the owners will refund us for that night. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but the house could be better equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The agreement was straightforward but ended up being different than what management asked for checkout procedure. Management was very accommodating, professional, and easy to reach to ask clarifying questions about the houses and the agreement. We broken kitchen appliance and they were willing to let us replace it ourselves. I’d recommend aligning the agreement with the checkout procedure. Overall very satisfied. Beach location was beautiful and amazing. The houses were very clean except for underwear, socks, and mask found in a couple rooms under the bed or in drawers, and there was sand in the jacuzzi. But very clean otherwise.
