  • Benvenuti in Commodore 1, situato a Depoe Bay! Questo splendido condominio ha due camere da letto e due bagni, perfetto per ospitare fino a quattro ospiti! Avrai una vista mozzafiato sull'Oceano Pacifico da questo condominio al primo piano, sia dentro che fuori! Sentiti libero di esplorare l'area erbosa che si affaccia sul Pacifico da questa casa in affitto a lato della scogliera! Entra all'interno di Commodore 1 e troverai un noleggio splendidamente decorato che vorresti frequentare ancora e ancora! C'è un sacco di spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi nel soggiorno, e avrai una splendida vista dell'acqua al di fuori delle grandi finestre a bovindo, oltre a molta luce naturale durante i mesi estivi. Goditi alcuni film sulla grande TV a schermo piatto e stai al caldo con il camino durante i burrascosi mesi invernali. Troverai la porta sul retro che conduce fuori dal soggiorno, insieme al tavolo da pranzo e alla cucina. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto fatto in casa o si può gustare un po 'di portare fuori al tavolo della sala da pranzo. La prima camera da letto offre un letto king size, mentre la seconda ha un letto matrimoniale, rendendo questo noleggio perfetto per una famiglia di quattro persone in visita per godere! Il primo bagno offre una doccia mentre il secondo ha una combinazione doccia e vasca, ideale per fare il bagno con i bambini piccoli mentre siete qui per il vostro soggiorno! Mentre ti trovi nella Depoe Bay Area, assicurati di visitare i negozi lungo la Highway 101 per cibo e souvenir, e magari anche di andare su una nave baleniera mentre sei qui! Great stay in a beautiful location Good area for exploring both north and south. We had trouble locating the trash dumpster- not obvious and no sign. Kitchen needs larger pots for soup and pasta. Otherwise it was perfect!

While there is a view it is sonewhat restricted by trees. We didnt love the road so close but we knew that it would be. We kept the east shade closed to minimize but there is a lot of traffic and people traffic at that corner. The condo is older and that shows, but it had all the necessary amenities and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything needed but the tv had some sound issies. We got it so we could use it. Overall it is comfortable and supplied with all you need.

Perfect location in town to everything. We could walk to places and had a view from this unit that allowed to see the coast and a whale. The layout of the unit was also ideal allowing quiet in the bedrooms for naps/sleeping and everyone else could be up and about in the living room and kitchen. Very homey. We loved it.

Whale watching R&R

We had excellent weather and lots of whales visible from the room and the grassy area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I love this place.

Great for Whale Watching

The location is perfect for amazing views of the bay, as well as walking distance to the shops, restaurants and other fun, touristy things. You can also walk over to some rock cliffs for even more panoramic ocean views.

Loved view from inside unit and when rain stopped it was nice to be able to step right out onto lawn.

Wonderful for whale watching

Excellent location, great view of the bay with lots of whales. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. The unit appears to be in the process of being updated, but overall a pleasant experience.

AWESOME!

GREAT condo! We LOVE staying here. This was our second stay for girls weekend trip. And we will be back soon for another one! Only problem we did have was fireplace would not shut off :( BUT that won't stop us from staying again! LOVE THIS CONDO! and its location is perfect!

Beautiful views

This was a comfortable space with beautiful views. The trash was hard to find the last day and the TV in the master bedroom did not work (needed better instructions ). The beds were comfortable and there was a great kitchen for breakfast meals.

Two small complaints; first the washer didn't work, and one of the stoppers in the master bathroom sink didn't work, so the sink couldn't drain. The view from the condo was superb, and everything else was fine.

Nice Stay

Overall a beautiful property and perfect place to stay. The only downfalls are the bed in the master is super noisy and seems to dip in a lot and the property seems to be going through updates? so trim is missing giving a shoddy appearance. Would def stay again though.

Please replace the king bed

The king bed was so noisy we woke each other up every time we rolled over. We enjoyed the rest of the condo but that bed will keep us from coming back.

We gave this place 3 stars because the view is stunning and it has a cozy living room with fireplace - perfect for winter. -Also the property management team were nice. However- some real issues to to fix. (I sent pictures to the property mgmt.) Broken lamp (only one in living room) Broken lamp shade Torn shower curtain Cracked molding or none at all Stains on dining chairs If these issues are addressed- we would stay again.

The unit has a spectacular view but appears to be undergoing some renovations. The floor looks new but the baseboards are either missing or very poorly installed and don’t match. The furniture has seen better days and is faded. You sink into the seats as padding has worn down. Some light switches are in unusual places, such as the one for light over the kitchen sink is behind the microwave and the main kitchen light switch is across the room. You have to walk into the guest bathroom and reach around a cabinet for the light switch. The metal blinds in the living room and dining room are also very heavy and awkward to raise (it takes two people) if you want to enjoy the view clearly. We did enjoy our time in Depoe Bay, however for what we paid for three nights after all the added charges — reservation charge (?), cleaning (standard), various taxes, service fee(?) ??? I expected something nicer. Sadly, this was our 53rd anniversary mini trip. We are very glad that we didn’t bring guests along. It would have been embarrassing.

Depoe Bay on the cliff

We loved the location and the view!!! It was a great stay, but there are some things that could use attention. The corner of the rug near the dining room is curled up, a tripping hazard. Could just turn the rug so that corner is not in a main traffic area. It needs some placemats or coasters as I feared making a ring or stain on the lovely wood dining table or coffee table when setting down a glass of liquid, hot plate, or hot coffee. In the kitchen which was great, I would suggest some rubber or silicone spatulas, garlic as a spice that would be more needed than some of the ones there, and sharpen the knives that aren't serrated. Biggest complaint is that the explanations for remote and TV did not apply at all as not the same brand or anything, in fact the whole TV section of the notebook was useless. Some explanations of how to get channels if not streaming netflix or prime would be so helpful!!! The couch really needs replaced as it is worn and hard to get out of because the cushions have lost their support. Because it is so worn looking, it takes away from the beauty of the room and makes it appear old. Also, had we checked ahead of time, probably would have used the bed in the second bedroom instead of the master bedroom suite. The mattress in the master suite is so soft, makes noise when turning over, and you sink in it, I would really suggest its replacement. If these things were fixed, I'd book this for every trip to the coast and give it a 5 star rating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the review I submitted to Homeaway: We have stayed in units in this complex before and love the location and view over the bay in Depoe. This unit, however was substandard to the other unit we've rented in this complex. As we settled in to this unit we noticed the venetian blinds were lowered so I proceeded to raise them so we could enjoy the view of the bay. As I pulled on the cord the entire blind fixture broke from its brackets hitting my forehead and knocking my glasses off. The resulting bruise to my forehead proceeded to form a black eye. The rest of my stay in Depoe Bay was less than wonderful due to the pain and resulting ugly black eye. Where rentals such as this do show some wear and tear this particular incident needs to be fixed due to potential injury. My situation did not require a trip to the ER, but very well could have considering the location of the injury. We contacted the management as soon as this happened and to also ask assistance to access the TV. They said they would send a maintenance person, but as we checked out two days later no one had appeared. In addition, this unit has a view to the bay, but is also located at the end of the complex close to the road. Those that stay here should know that there is traffic noise. On a positive note, the other guests thought their bedroom and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well supplied with pans and utensils for cooking.
