“Great small hotel in the centre of Derby. Small but super clean and well decorated room. Room was a little chilly until I found a fan heater under the desk. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this property. I booked last minute on the day of arrival and they were efficient, accommodating and flexible: I couldn’t have asked for more. The property was fab- clean, warm and cosy, and everything we needed for a family of 4. Parking - with the key fob for entry - was ideal, there was a lift, and a key for the balcony. We went out for a curry on the first night, and deliveroo sorted us out on the second night. So, all in all, both the property and the location...

“Check in was efficient Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and functional. Evening restaurant was a disaster 45 min to get and appetizer and customers were not happy. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. ”
