“When arriving didn’t receive a welcome gift like usual. They said it was for diamond holders but in the previous stays we always received a welcome gift a a goodbye safe travels gift. Not sure why that changed.”

“We did a quick overnight at this hotel and it was very nice. Clean, quiet facility with good beds and good showers.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be.”

“The rooms were not clean. The air-conditioning did not work very well at all. I had to bring a fan in from my car and scoot a table right in front of the air conditioner to at least stop sweating… That’s no reflection on the staff the gentleman that checked PM was very nice but with the price point it is what it is. That being said I do not recommend”

“This hotel came through for us in a pinch. We were staying in a Best Western in Wichita and needed to extend our stay, but there weren’t rooms available there. We booked this hotel since it was only about 15 minutes north. This ended up being a nicer hotel and the staff was excellent. We extended an additional night and my daughter was even able to shower after her soccer match at around 1 pm before we departed. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!
