“When arriving didn’t receive a welcome gift like usual. They said it was for diamond holders but in the previous stays we always received a welcome gift a a goodbye safe travels gift. Not sure why that changed.”

Love the renovations.
Staff was friendly.
Lots of noise from above.
Only disappointment was no soap at the sink for washing hands after using the restroom. I asked the man at the front desk & he couldn't find any.”

“We went without electricity for a whole night because they forgot to pay the bill. Someone changed their transmission in the parking lot and you clean your own room or pay 20.00 to have it cleaned. Slow draining sinks and pictures were misleading. As I did not have a comfortable place to sit.”
