We were greeted by two very pleasant staff members. Check in was super easy. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. I was most impressed by the amount of staff; cleaning, maintenance, bar tender, breakfast servers. It was nice to see the care put into our stay.

We had a team event in town and had many parents and children using the front lobby area and pool. Front desk advised that she needed to shut the pool down at 730 as it was unsafe. When asked if she tested the water she advised she could sense the water was not right. In the morning the new front desk advised that there was nothing wrong with the pool and she didn’t want to deal with us. Parents and kids were being well behaved and not disruptive at all. Was very disappointing to the kids that they could not use the pool as this was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. :(
