Hotel vicino a Deschutes National Forest - La Pine

“Beautiful grounds! Really nice unit. A bit pricey.”

“We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

“Siamo stati al Pine Ridge per una sola notte per assistere ad un concerto: l’anfiteatro era raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata . La camera era spaziosa , con caminetto, un piccolo tavolo con sedie ed uno spazio all’aperto che dava sul fiume. La colazione era essenziale ma con prodotti freschi e buoni. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura.”

“We stayed one night while traveling and were very comfortable. Nice large bathroom and shower. Will stay again for sure”

“This property was supposedly recently 'updated', but the couch/hide a bed in the room was very worn and uncomfortable to even sit on. The mattress was also worn so much you could see the indentations on the mattress where people normally sleep even with the bedspread on. You couldn't adjust the shower head spray at all. The AC in the room was OK once we found you needed to control it at the unit. There was a thermostat in the room but apparently not connected. Won't be staying there again.”

“The bar on the west side of the property had their music beating until way past 11:30 where I could hear it clearly inside my room on the east side of the property. Evening shift was very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Breakfast wasn't so much. They had a sign asking to not take too much to leave enough for the rest of the people staying. And promptly closed everything right at 9:00. It fine, it's just that on a holiday weekend you would think maybe hold off for a few minutes. Overall...

“Not sure how this property was ranked an 8.0. Awful neighborhood. Strip club across the street. Sketchy people walking around at all hours. The room was fine. Run down but clean. The audacity to charge 280.00 a night at this place is absolutely insane. Memorial Day weekend or not.”

“The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe.”

“That hotel required a $50 deposit and told me that if I paid it in cash I would get the full deposit, but if I used a card, I would only get $45 back, so I paid in cash. The office was closed the next morning when I checked out, so I dropped the key and left. I talked to the manager who said all I had to do was go by and pick up the cash. If I lived close enough to go by and pick up the cash, why on earth would I have stayed in his crappy hotel in the first place?!? He said he can’t mail it...
