Desert Aire Casa per le vacanze sul campo da golf con vista sul fiume

'The Cabin' è una casa aperta e confortevole di 2.300 piedi quadrati situata sulla decima scatola a T del campo da golf del deserto. 'The Cabin' è uno dei pochi posti in Desert Aire in cui è possibile guardare il tramonto sul fiume e avere ancora tutti i servizi di Desert Aire a portata di mano. Rilassati sul grande ponte mentre i bambini o i golfisti del gruppo attraversano la strada per colpire un secchio di palline al Driving Range, esercitati a mettere il Putting Green o giocare a Round of Golf. I campi da tennis appena rifiniti sono anche a pochi passi di distanza in modo da poter afferrare le racchette e camminare per un po 'di divertimento in famiglia o una seria partita di tennis. Una piscina condominiale e un grande parco con altalene, scivoli, giostre e torri di arrampicata sono a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Il Lancio della barca è proprio dietro l'angolo, il che lo rende comodo per il varo della tua barca. Il ponte coperto sul retro della casa è sempre il luogo preferito per radunarsi in una calda serata estiva per ascoltare musica e parlare.
'The Cabin' ha 3 camere da letto e una sala bonus che può essere facilmente una quarta camera da letto. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno completo, una cabina armadio ed è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e un lettino per bambini. La sala bonus ha finestre extra-large che la rendono perfetta per godersi un cocktail ammirando tramonti mozzafiato e vista sul fiume. La sala bonus è inoltre dotata di un sistema X-box e un lettore DVD in modo che i bambini possano giocare ai videogiochi o guardare un film. Per ulteriori posti letto, c'è un letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno e la camera bonus può essere trasformata in una camera da letto. 1 premium, molto comodo, letto matrimoniale gonfiabile (altezza della vita) è disponibile per la vostra convenienza.
Gli amici e la famiglia sono invitati a portare il loro camper e collegarlo al gancio camper a casa o parcheggiare accanto nel campeggio camper. 2 dei 3 spazi garage sono inclusi con il noleggio.

Ironman Crew Stay

A group of 8 of us stayed here as our home base for our Ironman Race we participated in Richland. The house was a great spot to relax before and after our race… with the hot tub, pool and plenty of outdoor lounging. It is a solid drive from Tricities area, so commuting back and forth isn’t super convenient… however, it felt like we had all the conveniences we needed nearby. Having access to a garage space was huge for us to store our bikes and equipment. Thank you for that! Would recommend!

A Quiet Retreat

The home is in a quiet area, with the golf course behind. We wanted a place to hang out together, with a pool and a hot tub and a pleasant place to sit outside, and this place hits all those ticks! The only place we went was into Matawa to the grocery store, far enough away to be an outing, near enough to go any time. We had some wind this year, but had plenty of time that being in the pool and hot tub were perfect. The house is SUPER comfortable and well kitted-out. Spacious, nicely designed, attractively decorated. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again next summer. That's about the best review one can give!

Steve and Melinda were fantastic hosts and their home is simply AMAZING! Bring your family, friends and food and you’ll never have to leave what can only best be described as a vacation paradise! The only time we did leave was to go and golf. We will definitely be coming back to stay with Steve and Melinda again!

Just What We Were Looking For

This house is very comfortably furnished and fitted out with everything one needs. We wanted a comfy place to be warm with our own private swimming pool to play in. We spent the entire 5 days on the property, excepting when a few of us went to the store, to a winery and for a short walk down by the river, and one of us hit the golf course. Exactly what we had in mind. It is a house designed for vacation fun, with plenty to do right there: pool, pool table, hot tub, corn hole with just enough grass to play it on, lots of places to sit in sun or shade outside, plenty of comfy places to land inside with the AC keeping it cool. The master bedroom is expansive and the other rooms are plenty big. We didn't end up using all of the recreational opportunities there at the house - we loved the pool too much, and we hit perfect weather, but if it had been cooler or super windy, we would have had plenty to keep us busy. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals except the food! Steve (the owner) was quick to answer all of our questions (and patient too). We booked the place again for next year before we left. What better review is there than that?

The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a joy, and the cozy living area was perfect for unwinding after pool days. Bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms spotless. The outdoor space, with pool, hot tub, fire pit, and golf course view, was transformative. Owners' commitment to comfort and communication was outstanding.

Just what the guys needed!

Been doing a "guys weekend" for 20+ years with my high school friends. This place was great, had a pool! Say no more, but there was more, comfortable beds, roomy kitched, nice patch of yard for some toss games, hot tub, and located in a place where you know you will get good hot weather in the summer. As some guys that are in their 50's comfort is key to relax and have a couple beers and enjoy the pool and even play a round of golf.

Annual Reunion

We have made this “our house” for three sisters/childhood friends to reconnect annually with our 92 yr old mother and mentor. The property is perfectly maintained and is improved each time we return. Desert Aire is friendly and relaxing. It’s a first rate property. We love it.

Wonderful house, awesome pool!

We stayed for three nights and didn’t leave the property at all, spending all day in the pool! The house is well-appointed and has everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I had a question during our stay and the hosts were prompt and helpful with their responses. We’d love to go back.

Annual Summer House

My family and I stayed for 5 days. We loved everything about it. Especially the pool. Its once a year my kids and my girlfriends kids get together and hang out. We loved the stereo and speakers throughout the property. Pool tables and pickleball were also a treat. Great times were had by all.

Desert Aire is a Hidden Gem

We visited for a three-generation long weekend and had a blast. It's not in the listing but the house is an easy walking distance from the community pool, river access for paddle boarding, golf driving range and snack shack. Also the location is gorgeous - with a water view of the Columbia River and the low mountain view of the Columbia Plateau.

Great house!

The house was so nice and was clean on arrival. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable! Hosts were great and easy to work with! We stayed during a heat wave and the new pool was really icing on the cake. The area has a lot to do with golfing, parks, trails, a community pool with a small kid splash area and the river
