“Room was nice and clean and spacious. Sheets were clean, pillows were clean, towels, etc. Befs are medium firm, pillows too, I had a comfortable sleep. Loved the little detail with my name on the TV screen when we walked in. It’s just the little things. I’m not sure why other reviews are bashing, particularly the customer service, but I had a great experience. Seemed that the other guests I chatted with did too.
