“The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained.”
