“Non ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questo hotel in quanto durante il nostro roadtrip ci siamo imbattuti in un evento piovoso che non ci ha consentito di arrivare a destinazione nei tempi che avevamo previsto. Nonostante questo, e nonostante avessimo la cancellazione gratuita fino a 24 ore prima, l’hotel è stato super comprensivo e ci ha reso l’importo della camera nonostante il nostro no show. Grazie per la correttezza e la disponibilità! ”

“I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked my reservation through Expedia and specifically selected the option that included breakfast. However, after checking in, I found out that the swimming pool was unavailable for some reason, and no one informed me in advance. The next morning, the staff tried to charge me extra for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. I also noticed that I wasn’t the only guest having this issue—they were asking several other guests to pay...
