I understand it’s a common practice for hotels to do during a busy time but still very disappointing given the condition of the inn. When we checked into the Best Western they assigned us a room with a door that was literally propped open to all of the elements outside. Anyone could’ve walked in the room and used it before us and the staff thought that it was acceptable to offer that...
