“The property is large. I enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant. Had it not been in the 109 degree weather, my husband I would have spent time at the pool. The check in process was slow, yet the staff was lovely! To call guest services, you had to go through an AI customer service line which asked a ridiculous amount of questions before speaking with a live agent. I prefer smaller properties with direct communication with staff. I would consider going back if I plan another trip to Palm...
