“We had drinks at Guiseppe's one day, it was very good. We played golf one day at the Shadow Ridge course, and it was in excellent shape. Room was clean, no issues. Limited interaction with staff, but they were friendly and helpful”

“The staff at the reception desk was a bit “snooty” for my taste. They cater to the very wealthy I’m sure, but that doesn’t excuse them from friendly and courteous verbal communication skills with all guests. If they were in fact trying, they really need to try harder.”
