“There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. ”

“On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water.
