Welcome to Seafarer – a low density condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico only steps from the beautiful soft, white sand and emerald waves. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is 2 stories so you can spread out and relax - each floor has its own private balcony with unobstructed views framing the beautiful, private beach which is never crowded like high-rise condos. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use in the unit (or you can purchase a large set on the beach during summer months). On the first level, the kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6. It is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare delicious meals and has extra bar seating. This level also provides a dedicated workspace if needed, free, fast Wi-Fi, and your own washer and dryer in the condo. From the living/dining room space, you have views of the beach and ocean from every angle. Walk out to the balcony to enjoy amazing views of the Gulf where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets.
This updated property has the primary bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a large smart flat screen TV. The ensuite full bathroom has a new walk-in glass shower. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. Winter can accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Customer Service for requirements and rates. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. This is a non-smoking condo. Renter must be at least 25 to rent.
