We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use in the unit (or you can purchase a large set on the beach during summer months). On the first level, the kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6. It is updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare delicious meals and has extra bar seating. This level also provides a dedicated workspace if needed, free, fast Wi-Fi, and your own washer and dryer in the condo. From the living/dining room space, you have views of the beach and ocean from every angle. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. Winter can accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Customer Service for requirements and rates. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. This is a non-smoking condo. Renter must be at least 25 to rent.
