Shoreline Towers 2073 is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the 7th floor of Tower 2, offering breathtaking shoreline views just steps from the beach. The entire unit, including the kitchen, has been fully upgraded and now features a top-of-the-line kitchen along with a full dining and beverage bar. This fully upgraded unit features a chef-inspired kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage—perfect for both cooking and entertaining. The spacious master suite includes a king bed and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Please note that there is no sleeper sofa. Designed for comfort and convenience, the condo also includes three TVs, a DVD player, and a washer and dryer in the unit. With its open balcony overlooking the Gulf, the entire family can enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or dinner under the stars. The unit is fully tiled for a fresh, beach-friendly feel.

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Great condo for our family of four! Pool was great, beach was gorgeous. The white, soft sand and beautiful blues of the Gulf Coast were as far as our eyes could see. The condo was just like the photos and we very much enjoyed the sights and sounds from the balcony. The hosts have a few beach chairs and toys, kitchen supplies with full sized appliances, and the unit laundry was a great asset. A trip to the nearby Target to eat at ‘home’ occasionally was incredibly helpful. So many fun things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!!
