Avrete 840 metri quadrati in cui potrete godere della 1 camera da letto, insieme ad un alcove a castello e 1. 5 bagni. Questo bellissimo condominio ospita fino a 6 persone. Dispone di moquette e pavimenti in piastrelle e di un soggiorno / sala da pranzo che si affaccia sul balcone dove si può rilassare e guardare le onde. La cucina completamente attrezzata e aggiornata con ripiani in granito sarà una gioia per intrattenere. Questo condominio ha anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e c'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Quindi, vieni a rilassarti e goditi questo condominio sulla spiaggia che offre anche una piscina riscaldata sulla spiaggia, una jacuzzi e un'area grill a gas per il tuo uso.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The size of the resort was perfect. We were able to be on the beach without being crowded. The chairs and umbrella being included was a plus. The room was so pretty, comfortable, and clean. We plan to stay in the same unit again. We loved it.

Great stay right on the beach!

The condo could use updating but if you are looking for something on the beach it is WONDERFUL! The shower was great! The balcony overlooks the beach and the ocean! If watching and listening to the water is enjoyable to you you are going to LOVE the third floor unobstructed views!

Loved our stay very well managed! Room was great just wish it was decorated more towards the beach decorations and brighter colors ! It was more like home decorating! Would of made it feel more like away from home! Great views and great location. Would definitely refer friends! And was great that chairs and umbrellas were included !

A few of my complaints were not thick enough covers on the beds, no soap or scrub brush in the kitchen and no trash bags. When you come for a vacation you shouldnt have to buy things like that.

LR furniture is very uncomfortable, coffee pot needs to be replaced & dishwasher is next to impossible to turn on as controls are UNDER edge of countertop. Also door lock is extremely difficult to lock & unlock. For the price all these issues need to be resolved. Will not stay in #305 again.

Beautiful sugar sand beach that Destin is famous for! Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean condo (#305), perfect gulf views, and close to many restaurants and activities. This was our second stay in this unit (also here in 2022), and we'll definitely be back again!

Wonderful Place to Stay

I had just completed radiation for breast cancer and we had planned on our trip to Destin for over 8 months but were going to take our RV. We wanted to stay somewhere that was right on the beach and I remembered staying here and was so happy they had a room. It was beautiful. It had all the necessary items for cooking you may need. I live love love the addition of the chairs and umbrella for the beach and the balcony looking over the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here. Very relaxing and comfortable place. Highly recommend.

Sink slow to drain (reported it but don’t think it was fixed), plumbing in master bath sink area appears to leak, hot water faucet in master bath area was extremely hard to turn off., and exhaust fan was extremely loud...faulty. King mattress needs replaced...it has broken down in commonly laid in areas so felt like laying in holes, and there were no mugs only small coffee cups.
