It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and a washer/dryer. | | This property is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance to shopping at the Destin Commons and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. | | This quaint three-story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. | | This beautiful 1 bedroom unit located on the ground floor opens to your own private patio to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. You can walk right out, across the white sand dunes to the beach that seems like your own private beach! Enjoy your two Beach chairs and an umbrella that is set up and waiting for you each morning! We love coral reef! We come here for family reunion of sorts each grand child n family gets own room and days on beach and grounds are amazing Over the years friends join us for this week of fun in sun Very safe n family friendly! Highly recommend

Dirty and beat up

Very disappointed with the condition of unit 5. Baseboards and chair rail (on walls) were extremely dirty…. Full of dirt and grime. Bathroom counter had sticky brown substance on it. Wall by mirror in bathroom had a gross looking smear of something. Walls and trim all very beat up. Furniture is pretty beat up as well. The track in the closet very rusted and dirty. Washer worked but was all rusted on bottom. Floors were sticky throughout. I will say the location was prime, staff was organized and friendly. They offered to re-clean the unit but I instead opted for borrowing some supplies so I could do some clean up myself and purchased Lysol wipes immediately. The unit had all the amenities we needed to cook. Enjoyed being able to use the grills outside. This is our first VRBO experience so maybe this is what you get for the money, but all in all was not thrilled with the quality of this rental.

Older Condos but great location

Overpriced for what you get. Small 1 bed. Issues: one toilet was rocking and loose. Floor had not been cleaned. Couldn’t walk barefooted without getting dirty feet. Needs mopped. Some of the metal components were rusting and not visually attractive. Entry requires physical key and must pick up the key at the office. Wifi had some slowness during our stay. Not a bad unit but just way overpriced for what you get. It is beach front and that means a lot. Beach Service guy was outstanding.
