This fifth-floor condo is centrally located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and fantastic, must-visit attractions. Enjoy being near attractions that include The Track - Destin, Thrill Zone at The Track, Henderson Beach State Park, Xtreme H20, Emerald Bay Golf Club, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Air Force Armament Museum, and more. In addition to an unbeatable location, you are granted access to the resort's community amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, a BBQ area with gas grills, and a fitness center.



This gorgeous resort condo offers spectacular views of the community pool, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The interior boasts a great living area where you can spread out comfortably and watch fun shows or movies on the TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The primary suite offers balcony access, a TV, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub and a regular shower.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.
