Love that the property faces the pool & partial view of the Gulf. Balcony was so nice and spacious. The condo was very clean and had extra linens so definitely a plus. There are some spots that need to be fixed around the condo, sheet rock, some touch up painting here and there and the faucet in the kitchen was kind of wonky. Also. Upon arrival we noticed dining chairs that were wobbly (just needed a screw tightened) & one that had a cracked leg (unusable) they fixed the wobbly one, but had to take the other chair to repair. We were down one chair the entire stay, annoying, especially since the condo is made for 6 people and there’s only four chairs to start with. Barstools weren’t comfortable for adults imo.Check in and out process was a breeze. Pool was nice and shuttle was always there to take you to the beach. We preferred to take our car and drive across the street to Henderson State Park. You are smack dab in the middle of everything at this location. They do give you bands to wear around the facility, however I hardly wore mine and no one was ever checking. I carried it in my bag jic.
