Get ready to relax in your charming 1-bedroom plus hall bunks condo in Destin, Florida!!! The cozy bedroom features a comfortable king bed along with an en-suite full bathroom. The hall bunks are perfect for the kiddos and the living room offers additional sleeping space with a sofa bed making it awesome for small families or couples! Don’t forget the extra bathroom to where everyone can get ready at the same time. We think you will love the easy access to the pool, beach, and all the amenities Pelican Beach Resort has to offer by being on the 1st floor! Inside Your Unit:

Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM (no lobby stop—go straight to your condo with the provided door code)

Early arrivals may register at Reception to get parking passes and wristbands (March-Oct) and enjoy resort amenities while awaiting unit access.

RESORT AND HOUSE RULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- Please bring your preferred beach towels

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Beach unit 107. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy and we had all the amenities we needed and then some! They thought of everything. Having the beach chairs and sand toys in the unit was great for our family. Although we did not needed it, the addition of the electric fireplace is a nice add for winter stays. Jeremy and Steph were great to communicate with and make everything so easy. We cannot wait to rent this unit again!

Being on first floor we never had to use an elevator, which was great. Tiki bar was a plus. Unit was clean, with everything we needed plus more. They even had a snack basket on the counter upon arrival.

This property was exactly what we expected and more! The location was so convenient to everything. It was right off the lobby and just steps away from beach and pool access. We booked the first floor because we have a toddler and thought it'd be great for safety purposes. You do not miss out on an ocean view though so do not let that deter you. You will however overlook and be right on the pool so if you wanted privacy on your balcony this may not be for you. We weren't bothered because we mostly use our balcony late at night and the pool is closed by dusk so it worked for us! Overall it was a great place and hosts were very friendly and accessible. We will defiantly stay again!!!
