LA SPIAGGIA È IL TUO INDIETRO! VISTE MAGNIFICHE DA 3 BALCONI!

Questa residenza cittadina sul golfo recentemente rinnovata ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta. Cammina direttamente sulla spiaggia dalla tua porta sul retro. Non trascinare l'attrezzatura in un ascensore o dall'altra parte della strada. Sei lì. I bambini possono correre dentro e fuori casa a loro piacimento. Guarda il sole sorgere e tramontare da uno dei 3 balconi. La casa si trova in posizione centrale su Scenic 98 vicino a Captain Dave's. Si tratta di mezzo miglio in entrambe le direzioni da Pompano Joes e la Crab Trap.

Una volta dentro, sarai immediatamente attratto dall'incredibile vista sull'oceano che è evidenziata dalla grande parete vetrata del soggiorno. Questa casa a 3 piani splendidamente decorata vanta un enorme spazio di vita aperto con ampi divani e molti posti a sedere per tutti. C'è una zona pranzo in stile banquette che può contenere almeno 8 e un altro tavolo da gioco separato per 4. C'è molto spazio per tutta la famiglia per rilassarsi, giocare, guardare la TV e mangiare insieme. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per i pasti a casa. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.
Al piano superiore è una splendida camera matrimoniale. Dal letto king size o dal balcone privato è possibile godere di un'incredibile vista panoramica sul golfo. C'è anche un bagno padronale completo con due lavandini. Al piano superiore c'è anche una camera da letto con due letti singoli extra lunghi e un bagno completo. Infine, c'è una camera a castello con un set di letti a castello.

A livello della spiaggia è una camera da letto con letto king size e bagno completo. C'è anche un'altra zona giorno che comprende un divano letto e una zona bar con TV, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e piccolo frigorifero. Questo è ottimo per bevande veloci e corse di cibo dalla spiaggia.

This is a great property, right on the water. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a week of relaxing, taking in the views and having fun. Plenty of space for everyone. Internet was great as well. I would book again without thinking twice.

This was our 1st family visit to Destin. The condo was as described in the listing. The private beach was exactly what it said...private. So nice to never have to worry about a spot on this beautiful beach! Also having restaurants within walking distance was nice. We will definitely be returning on future vacations!

Our goal for the week was to walk a few steps, sit on the beach and de-stress. Mission accomplished! We will definitely be return visitors. One cool bonus was free beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) - one less thing to worry about! The stretch of beach is private (with security). Furnishings were all in great condition. No complaints from us!

The property was very nice for the most part! The downstairs area was suppose to be king bed and ended up two twin! Rented to have separate area for a small family! Still nice just miss leading.

The house was very clean, great floor plan for our needs and ALL the amenities we needed. The location and private beach were AMAZING!! The security guard on the beach was a bonus and gave us a peace of mind. We are already planning our next trip HERE!! We are one happy and satisfied family from Oklahoma! Thank you so much!!

We enjoyed our stay at Green Reef 3, it was extremely close to the beach, and provided almost everything that we would need. We did find a dead cockroach which made me wonder where the other ones were hiding and a majority of the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms had too much area for us to see through, so please property owners, get solid doors for the bathrooms and bedrooms. But, the location, the fact that there were chairs and an umbrella on the beach and that it was private, was incredible. We won't stay at this particular unit again because it was weird that you could see people when they were in the bathroom or in their bedroom but there are a lot of other amazing units in the complex that we could come back to. Be aware that the hot water in the kitchen doesn't work well so you feel like your dishes aren't getting clean if you are washing them by hand. All in all, great location, private beach, we had what we needed and every complaint is minor.

The home is located in a beautiful spot on the beach The owner need to keep it this home updated. T Some of the furniture need to be replaced and all the bedding really need to be replaced before anyone else stays there. Please have them buy some new pillows for Master bedroom My husband and I had to share one little pillow because the other one was so nasty. It's a beautiful home but it's not being kept up to the standards of the price you pay!!

My family had a fantastic time, renting the property was easy! We were told there was no place to charge a golf cart, however, the neighbors all used the outside electrical outlets to charge theirs.

This place was in the perfect spot. Private beach with a security guard who was awesome. Chair service was wonderful. Only 2 chairs but we used them. The property had lots of extra beach stuff to use which was a nice bonus. The house is very nice and comfortable. It is older and maintenance could be improved but for a beach house we were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again. The deck going out to beach is the fake wood so no splinters and was very nice. We used the grill 2 nights and it was perfect. The water was sooo nice beautiful.

This property is a hidden gem. The outside facade does not hint at the comfort and quality within. The place is fully-equipped, the beach is right outside the back door and local restaurants frequented by “locals” are a short walk away. We had to families of four with four kids under age 12. The space was spread out to give us all privacy. There were two different living room areas which was great to give the kids a space and the adults a space.

We had 3 children under 4 stay with us as well as a wide range of adults. We all enjoyed our stay so much and it was the perfect spot for quick access to the beach. We’d suggest bringing kitchen “equipment” if you plan on doing a lot of cooking. It has the basics but could use better sharp knives, non-stick pans, etc. overall, this was a great place!

Spacious condo Lots of room to spread out. Has all the amenities described. Beautiful views. Beach only steps from the condo although beach did sometimes get really crowded. Recommend highly.
