Ristrutturato! SULLA SPIAGGIA * Incredibile viste del golfo!

Aggiornato condominio al 10 ° piano - unità di fronte alla spiaggia! Splendida vista completa sul golfo! Aggiornamento in autunno del 2015 ... Tutti i nuovi pavimenti, nuovo divano, tavolino, tavolini, tavolo da pranzo e sedie, nuovo set di camera da letto e tutti i nuovi letti!

Molto pulito!

NOTA: anche io possiedo una unità al 16 ° piano. Se questo condominio è prenotato o si viaggia con gli altri ospiti e bisogno di un secondo appartamento, guarda VRBO # 415236


Pelican beach resort è una delle località più popolari per rimanere in Destin ~ la destinazione perfetta famiglia.

Situato in posizione strategica vicino a tutte le attività quali: Big Kahuna Water Park (dall'altra parte della strada) che si trova nei pressi di ristoranti amichevole molte famiglie: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, e altro! Una camera da letto / due bagni golfo davanti unità soggiorno 873 sq. Ft. nuovo divano letto matrimoniale marchio nel soggiorno. Dopo aver effettuato la strada verso l'unità - si noterà le acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico dal vostro balcone privato che offre una vista direttamente di fronte sud.

Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, con bagno privato. Cuccette incasso in sala permettono di dormire per il pubblico più giovane, e un letto queen size nel soggiorno.

Cucina completamente funzionale, con la gamma full-size, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, e frullatore. La connessione internet wireless, TV con DVD. Ben fornito con lenzuola e asciugamani.

Everything was perfect! We can't imagine staying anyplace else on our next visit to Destin. Laura makes sure you are 100% comfortable and informed. The unit is extremely clean and perfectly located. The resort has excellent security 24/7. The view is unmatched! This is where you want to stay.

The whole experience was 5 star! The owner (Laura) was always very responsive and even inquired mid stay to see how things were going. The condo was very clean and while we didn’t cook during our stay we saw that the kitchen was well provisioned. What was especially surprising for me was that the condo was so quiet. We had people next to and above us but never heard them. And while the bedroom was near the front door we never heard anyone running or talking late at night. The balcony view was exceptional and allowed us to actually see the sun rise and sun set from the condo. I highly recommend this rental!

This was our first visit to Destin. We were celebrating our anniversary. This condo was everything we hoped it would be. The layout is perfect and the style is classy and inviting. Everything was so clean We loved the ocean view! The location is so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The resort is beautiful, and has a great view of the ocean! The pools are amazing and we loved the cafe and tiki bar! We are hoping to return to Destin at some point, and this condo will be our first choice.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great too. The tiki bar/cafe (with ocean side service) was a life saver. The location was a plus, we were so close to everything. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends/family.

Loved the property! The condo was very modern. The high chairs on the balcony made it great for early morning dolphin watching. Appreciated the books for our toddler! Overall nothing I can say bad about this condo and the owners. Loved the zero entry pool and tiki bar. The only thing that might make us not come back would be the beach rules. They force you into buying your own chair or you have to set up way back on the beach where you can’t be right on the ocean. It was sad having to see families move with their toddler just because they wanted to be close to the water. That alone will not make us come back but from the condo perspective couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Perfect location

We have been to Destin several times, and this was our second visit to Pelican Beach Resort. This condo was hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed. Easy access to literally everything and nothing blocking your full view of the beach. Owner was responsive and friendly. We will be back!!
