Sii nostro ospite nella nostra deliziosa due camere da letto, due bagni al 12 ° piano di Emerald Towers! Situato direttamente sul golfo di fronte con vista mozzafiato e la spiaggia a pochi passi. Questo edificio è privato e sicuro con accesso recintato al complesso e accesso recintato dalla spiaggia. The condo was dated and dirty. Spent three house cleaning every surface. The drains don’t work well at all. The air filter was filthy although they changed it while we were there the entire equipment room if extremely dirty.

The condo was so clean and very welcoming, the views are breath taking. This is my second time staying and Destin and I will be back and at this Beacfront Beauty. Beach is so beautiful and clean. We saw dolphis from the balcony.

My check in time was at 4pm but did not receive code until 5:30. I had to contact owner to receive door and gate code. After we got stuck on the beach, I was able to get beach access code from owner. Hair was in towels and on floor. The refrigerator hmmmmms all night so if appliances noise bothers you this would be an inconvenient place to stay. Both tubs and sinks in the bathrooms drain slow so you are standing in still water as u bath and looking at a pool of water while brushing ur teeth. Microwave unplugged when we arrived. Cushions on couch are almost flat in the living room.

Would definitely stay again! Nice property, great condo - much better supplied than others we’ve had (kitchen utensils, bath towels, etc), and decorated so nicely, comfy beds, good water pressure. And the view! We spent lots of time on the nice deck. The beach is amazing! That sugar sand, and the clear water, couldn’t get over it! (My first visit to Destin.)

The location of the condo was great. The communication with owner was great. Only negatives is the condo was a little dark even with all lights on. The pool was inadequate in size vs size of complex. I would rent again if I go back to Destin

Beachfront Unit

This was a nice beachfront unit with easy access to the beach, pool and parking lot from the room. The parking lot was gated and adequate parking for guests. Elevators were fast and the room was clean. The property itself is a little dated, but the unit was in good condition and well kept. Would stay here again.

Co-workers get away

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice. The things that weren’t so great was that it was hard to get out & back to Condo due to having to do u-turns! Also the beach access was taken over by all the rental chairs. There were no openings to get to beach except 1 day. Some people don’t want to rent chairs they like to use their own set-up. I ended up renting some chairs but was on the last row. Think too much is given to the rentals chairs. We all pay for our condos the same and ho to have access to the beach.

Beautiful view and great location

Stayed with our daughter, son-in--law, and granddaughter and this place was perfect! Right on the beach and nice place to cook meals (9f you want) and hang out after a day at the beach! Owner was great and responded quickly to all of our questions. Highly recommend!!

5 StarsThis beach condo was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking — we spent every morning out there with coffee and every evening watching the sunset. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway — highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Love Destin but different Condo.

The property was nice but check in was nerve wrecking. When we arrived, the very sweet lady at the desk said she could not locate our reservation and that the property/ room owner is bad about not turning in conformations. After about 20mins of stressing and trying to contact owner, ( which never answered or responded ) we finally figured it out. We still had to use the door code the nice lady gave us because we never received ANYTHING from the owner. We Love Destin but will definately stay somewhere different next trip. You can find better condos for better prices.
