Recentemente ristrutturato con mobili raffinati e ogni attenzione al dettaglio immaginabile. Rimarrai stupito dalla trasformazione di questa unità con 2 camere da letto per 6 persone.

La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size con un nuovo materasso "Beautyrest Black". La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale; e il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size. Viene fornito anche un pacchetto n gioco per il tuo bambino (fogli di gioco n pack non forniti, si prega di portare il proprio).

Arredi di alta qualità in tutto il Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. Altre caratteristiche includono un dry bar personalizzato con refrigeratore di vino e bevande, nuova cucina e bagni, tutti nuovi pavimenti, nuovi elettrodomestici, 3 televisori a schermo piatto, nuova illuminazione, oltre a tutti i nuovi arredi e decorazioni con un nuovissimo sistema HVAC.

Sofa bed needs a new mattress, bathtubs don’t drain properly. Tennis/pickleball courts need lighting so you can play after 8 pm. Towel and linen service was great. Awesome view. Kitchen was fully stocked. Elevator was a little far from the unit. We will visit again

Wonderful week!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our week at the beach. We loved the chair service and the pool was sparkling clean the entire week. The condo itself had everything we needed and the grounds of the resort were super nice. Thank you!!

Unit is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Easy access to beach. Only complaint: if you plan to cook there, bring your own pans

New Year’s Vacation

This was our first time in Destin, FL and it was excellent. The Condo was in a perfect location and our condo has the best view and location on the property. Clean felt safe and very roomy for what we needed. Would definitely come back to this property.

Weekend Get-A-way

Great area yet close to everything. Check in was easy and early. Loved the shopping carts they provide to cart all your stuff because the walk was quite away from the elevator to the unit. Decor was cute, master bed comfortable, but spare bed hard. Didn’t use the sofa sleeper. Kitchen was well equipped.Coffee makes used basket filters, don’t forget them. Frig front door was rusted as some other metal parts probably due to the salt air. Cleanliness’s could have been a bit better. Could use a new paint job and baseboards were very dirty. Understand as a rental it gets a lot of use, but a good deep clean would help. Saying this we loved the unit and would return again. Plenty of room, but Cox internet was intermittent at times. No connect the first day there.

Absolutely Wonderful

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Great location that's not as busy, and walking the beach is beautiful down by the jetty and harbor. Complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus.

Worst Patio Furniture

I went back and read some of the previous reviews, and realize it’s been known for quite a while, that the patio furniture is the WORST and not usable! How could this be not be replaced when it’s been an issue? Also, advertising this as recently remodeled is false. There are holes in the walls, the couch actually sinks so far down that you need to put pillows under them, and the bathroom rack falls off the wall! The location is great, but this is not what we expected!

Great location / so much fun !

We are huge Destin people from Texas and have traveled to this beach several times. This was our first time staying on this end of Destin We absolutely loved it. Perefct location around several activities. The Condo was absolutely adorable and had the perfect beachy vibe. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to use the elevator, but also was easy to use the stairs as well. The little extra amenities on the site made it fun for our family . And the view from our room was amazing. Perfect location for a family forsure.

Fully remodeled as described. Beautiful view of beach. A couple of broken items such as bar refrigerator and chairs, but maintenance team responded quickly. Shower water pressure needs improvement. Appliances need improvement. Also suggest owners leaving small cleaning products to assist with cleaning stove and stainless steel refrigerator.

Perfect Spot for a getaway

Great place to stay for my wife and I. We will even consider this specific condo for us and our 4 kids in the near future. We cook often and the kitchen was laid out well for cooking breakfast each morning and one night of dinner. The view from the patio is in the perfect spot and you can even see the water from the living room couch. Loved our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

Amazing

Everything was wonderful the only issue we had was the the remote in the second bedroom of 302 was not connected to the tv box and that’s where my children slept. So having a tv in there that worked would have been nice. Other than that great view and really nice condo. We will be staying there again.

Really enjoyed the condo. The only issue was the door. It continue to stick so we had to figure out how to open the door. I’m assuming the wood was starting to wear.
