First Floor: Open living room and dining area, guest bedroom, full bathroom, and modern kitchen with island, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Full laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are included for your convenience.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and spacious shower. Two additional secondary bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, provide flexible accommodations for guests.

Separate HVAC zones for the first and second floors ensure optimal comfort throughout the home.

Parking:

Guests will have access to 2 driveway spaces and 1 garage space. Please note, there is no overflow or RV/trailer parking allowed in this community.
