    Holiday Surf 313 ha avuto molti aggiornamenti recenti, tra cui persiane per piantagioni, Smart TV LED 55 "e lettore Blu Ray DVD, nuovo sistema di aria condizionata e riscaldamento e splendidi nuovi pavimenti in legno ingegnerizzato nella zona giorno / pranzo.

    La camera da letto di buone dimensioni, che è in moquette, ha accesso privato al bagno, con nuovi infissi e una vanità con ripiano in granito. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto da 43 "con combo DVD / VHS, nonché un ventilatore a soffitto di raffreddamento e una grande cabina armadio.

    Nuova vernice, tappeti, arredi delicati e opere d'arte e decorazioni originali a tema costiero, completano questo fantastico appartamento con una camera da letto, che diventerà sicuramente la tua casa per le vacanze lontano da casa.

The unit was very nice and clean. View was ok. Property was very nice and clean. I would recommend staying here. If you plan to you the beach chairs make sure you register a front row seat the day before.

Nice unit, older than anticipated but everything was clean. Pool was average size, nothing special. Beach access and view was very nice.

Isolated

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.Our first time there and we didn’t realize that the property was so isolated from restaurants and grocery stores. We managed to adjust but it would have been perfect if there was at least one restaurant close by.Very quiet and peaceful, just be prepared with plenty of groceries or be prepared to travel for eating options.

Awesome condo. Loved having chair service. Staff at Holiday Surf were amazing and loved the grocery carts to get all our stuff in. Next time we plan to stay in one of the condos on the outer wings of the v so we have an even better view and no pool noise. Top Notch !

On the water

Great location right on the beach! The reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that the condo bedroom has no window, and gets a lot of noise during the night that sounds like hydraulics of some sort.

My family enjoyed the beautiful area and the property had everything we needed. The pool, and beach access were very convenient and loved the set up daily of our umbrella and chairs especially with three young children. The only delay we had at check in was notification text wasn’t received when the room was ready after 4 but there was always someone at the front desk or available by phone to update if you check back with them.

Beach View

The property was okay but needs some repairs. The sliding glass door took two hands to open and shut. Paint in a few areas would clean it up too! Not sure if the maids cleaned before we came or just put out clean towels...Overall we enjoyed our time at this property.

Bathroom was not clean if you looked close. Particularly around the toilet. Overall condo was okay. Drains never drained... sinks always backed up. Would likely choose another condo next time. We liked the facility. Nice gym, lobby and laundry.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a word, NO. The unit is very old, only the kitchen had a few up grades. The photos on your website are deceiving and just plan inaccurate. When you walk into the unit and expect to see the water your are met with a stucco wall from the outside. To see the water you need to sit in the corner of the kitchen bar. And sitting on the balcony is, well you can’t sit on the balcony unless you are intimate friends with the unit next door. There is absolutely no privacy. Every photo of this unit need to be removed and replaced with accurate photo that the renter sees the actual site. This is the second and last time we will stay in your condos. Too many issues for what we paid to stay in a one bedroom.

Had cups, plates, coffee maker, toilet paper, towels. We only had to bring food, drinks and beach towels. It was just enough room for 4 people but my 2 kids did not like sleeping on the sofa bed. Other than that, it was great.
