East Beach Vista del Golfo da Islander 602 Platinum @ Gold Rates

Recentemente rinnovato nel 2019, questo condominio fronte mare offre una vista libera dall'ingresso, al vostro balcone privato, al Golfo del Messico ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. I suoni del surf circondano l'unità, mentre avvistamenti regolari di delfini nella chiara distesa e le famose acque verde smeraldo di Destin completano il panorama. Questa unità è classificata in platino, ma offre sconti sul prezzo dell'oro.

L'unità 602 può ospitare fino a 6 persone con un re nella camera da letto principale, due gemelli nella camera degli ospiti e un materasso di marca "accogliente" con un cuscino sul divano letto nel soggiorno. L'unità ha subito molti rinnovamenti e aggiornamenti: nuova illuminazione, opere d'arte e pittura in tutto, nuovi ripiani in granito da cucina ed elettrodomestici, un soggiorno con molti posti a sedere, un nuovo 4K, schermo piatto Roku TV da 55 pollici e disco blu ray 4K giocatore. La camera da letto principale ha nuovi mobili e biancheria da letto, un materasso pillow top di lusso king-size e uno schermo piatto HD da 40 pollici. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia, ampi ripiani in granito, due lavandini e un WC di altezza comfort. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti gemelli con una TV da 40 pollici a schermo piatto intelligente da 40 pollici e un lettore DVD. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha un nuovo lavello al quarzo e un WC di altezza comfort.

Rimosso dal traffico della US Highway 98, ma vicino a ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti, a piedi o fare jogging sui marciapiedi di Holiday Isle attraverso strade silenziose, vicino al parco di Noriega Point. Giocare a tennis, o sottaceto palla sui due campi da golf resort, affitti di attività sulla spiaggia, o due piscine e vasche idromassaggio. Goditi le acque cristalline e il sole di Destin seduti su sedie a sdraio gratuite con ombrellone durante il soggiorno. (Impostare sulla spiaggia 1 marzo - 31 ottobre.)

Excellent stay! We have stayed at the Islander before, but this unit is by far our favorite. This unit is perfectly located on the east wing allowing for a beautiful view of the gulf.

Starting with the positives.... The kitchen was clean. The appliances were the cleanest of all the condos we’ve ever rented. The master bath shower was nice and large. For the first time ever, I didn’t have to spend 2 hours cleaning the unit, which has been our experience with other vacation rentals. The pool was clean and nicely maintained. The property was clear of trash and debris. The location was nice along the shore. Bryson did a wonderful job setting up and taking down the chairs and umbrellas. That was a nice amenity. The luggage and shopping carts were a fantastic idea and kudos to whomever thought of that. Made moving in & out very efficient and quick. For the negatives..... The carpet was filthy and needs steam cleaned. The master mattress was very uncomfortable. The laundry facilities were filthy so we found a local laundry mat and went there instead. There should be no charge for renting kayaks or paddle boards, etc. for guests that stay 5 or more days. That should be included in the condo rental charges. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed our vacation..

The condo, property manager, location and overall resort was amazing. The condo itself was very clean, up to date, and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. This was our first time at the resort and plan to return very soon. Highly recommended.

The beach view and spot on the beach were great. We did have a few issues with the room, one of the master sinks didn’t drain, the dishwasher leaked and the door next to the guest bathroom was quite dirty/dusty. The spare blankets in the room were like styrofoam and not usable. Staff was nice and helped to fix the few issues we had promptly. Condo had a lot of useful stuff behind the dusty door however- boogey boards, beach chairs, etc..
