The unit was exactly as it was described with an exception to having to look up the key code for just about everything! Property gate, pool gate, elevator, beach gate in and out. A bit much when your hands are full 90% of the time. Condo was clean and well furnished with little extras like dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner etc..was a really nice touch. Would have liked to have had a bench or something to put my suitcase on to make it easier to unpack. The balcony was huge and had a view of the harbor on one side and the inlet and ocean on the other, but the constant noise from the pool system below was loud and annoying. Pool and hot tub were nice and we used them every day. There was an access gate to what we thought was the beach, but is was a walled sand area overlooking the inlet to the harbor. and there isn’t any ocean access on this resort. That was disappointing considering how much we love to take out morning coffee and walk the beach. You have to walk out the gated property and walk down to Noriega Point which was difficult since I have recently recovered from a foot fracture. You can drive to the Point but parking will cost you 23. We made do and drove to a public beach access on Okaloosa Island. All in all it was nice and quiet but I won’t rent here again because of the aggravation of trying to get to an actual beach. If not getting in the ocean and having no waves is your thing, then this place is perfect for you.
