An easily accessible King bedroom with an adjacent bathroom is also on the main floor, making it convenient for all guests.

Upstairs, the home continues to impress with two luxurious Primary Suites, each offering a King bed and additional pullout sleeper sofas for added flexibility. Both rooms provide private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and one also includes a luxurious soaking tub to provide a sanctuary for relaxation. The Guest Room includes two Queen beds, and the Bunk Room features three Twin beds, perfect for younger guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, giving everyone a cozy retreat of their own. Multiple balconies provide charming views, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The backyard includes a fully outfitted summer kitchen with a natural gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining, lounging, or simply unwinding under the Florida sun. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee.
