• When you arrive at Emerald Escape, you’ll be charmed by the crisp white and navy-blue exterior, complete with a playful sun painting that sets the vacation vibe. Step onto the front patio and relax in one of two cozy seats with two side tables, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and soaking in the sunshine!

• Step inside Emerald Escape with the convenience of keyless entry and be greeted by a bright, open-concept living and dining space. The living area offers a comfy love seat and two cozy couches, one featuring reclining ends for ultimate relaxation. Sunlight fills the room, highlighting beach-inspired décor and playful artwork. A large Smart TV is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, with included standard cable. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional breakfast bar seating for 3, making this space ideal for meals, games, or gathering with friends and family.

• Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room making it easy to be together. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker, or a Keurig machine.

• Bedroom 1 is located on the right and features a King bed and a large Smart TV with standard cable for relaxing nights in. It includes a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Guests will appreciate the full-length mirror for getting ready and a spacious closet with plenty of room to store clothes and belongings.

• Located just past the kitchen, the laundry area features a modern LG washer and dryer, along with ample storage space. It’s perfect for keeping your clothes, towels, and beach gear organized throughout your stay.

• Head down the hallway to Bedroom 2, featuring two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds side by side, perfect for extra sleeping space or groups traveling together. The room also includes a large Smart TV with standard cable, a closet, and a dresser. Just outside the bedroom, the hallway full bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo for guests.

• Exit through the back of the home to find a private entrance leading to Bedroom 3. This spacious King bedroom features a large Smart TV with standard cable and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A mini-split AC unit allows guests to control the temperature to their liking. With its convenient location right by the pool, it’s the perfect private retreat for relaxation and comfort.

• Step outside to your own private oasis at Emerald Escape! Our fully fenced backyard features a private pool, perfect for lounging, relaxing, or enjoying some poolside fun. The patio is furnished with outdoor couches and multiple sun loungers, giving you plenty of space to unwind, socialize, or enjoy your favorite refreshing drink. Whether cooling off after a day at the beach or relaxing under the stars, this backyard is the perfect spot to make lasting vacation memories.

• The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles plus the 6-passenger golf cart that is available to rent for our guests. We unfortunately do not offer parking for boats, trailers, or RVs at this home. There is no street parking or overnight public parking available nearby.

• We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind.

• We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• Guests have access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

• Emerald Escape is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the airport (traffic permitting). It is also 15 minutes from major entertainment venues: The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets most of which are right in your “back yard”.

• You will also be within cruising distance to the “Scenic Hwy. 30A” and many other Destin hotspots. Boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises and just about any amenity you can imagine are within moments of the home along with the finest fishing and charters in the Gulf of Mexico (We're not called the Luckiest Fishing Village without such a namesake!)



Getting Around:

• We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area (inquire about our discounted golf cart rental rates!) During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 17 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 48 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 78 miles



Other Things to Note:

• PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!

• All linens are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home if needed. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• We do not host groups under 25 years of age at any time.

• The golf cart is not included with your stay, please inquire for any specials or discounted rates.

• We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter.

• House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10pm are not permitted at any time.

• Absolutely no street parking at any time, we have a 4 vehicle MAX in the driveway only.

• We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (Ex: a lightbulb out) or major (Ex: the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive.

• We do reserve the right to access the home due to emergency, law enforcement, or urgent maintenance issues or any violation of house rules/parties/events held.
