This second floor unit has a Floridian cottage style with tasteful tropical decorative accents. Enjoy a breathtaking Gulf front view from the spacious private balcony. The living area has a cozy microfiber tan sofa and loveseat, nicely tiled floors, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with granite counters, light wood cabinets, full size appliances as well as the full complement of housewares. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools available for ample seating. The master bedroom features a lovely white cottage furniture, custom tropical bedding, and tiled floors. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy jewel toned floral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service included May - October

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The only thing I would suggest is having a beach basket with beach stuff like goggles and a big towel and maybe some beach towels.Also the bed and pillows could definitely be upgraded. Other than that it was a great stay!

Beautifully views and convenient location

A Slice of Heaven

An absolutely beautiful Condo awaited us after going to Crystal Sands in Destin for the last eight years. This condo was well-stocked, spotless, and decorated in a beach theme. The best condo at Crystal Sands at which I have ever stayed!

Very nice

The place was wonderful, nicely decorated, however the sheets smelled musty like they had been in a closet for a long time which in turn made the place smell a little musty. Other than that it was very nice.

Want to keep this a secret… but it was amazing!

Communication from start to finish was amazing. It made the whole experience stress free! Condo was cute and decided so nicely! It had everything we needed. Beach chair and umbrellas were so perfect - and easy! Beach access and beach space for renters was just amazing. Will probably book next stay before I unpack at home.

Great View

Very nice condo. Clean, well kept, nice furniture and kitchen. Direct view of gulf's blue water and white sand. Balcony had 2 rocking chairs and a small hightop table for 2. Just a 2 minute walk from room to beach. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Close to several restaurants, grocery stores.

Its all in the View

The property perfect for a relaxing stay. The view was what sold us on the property! We didn't spend much time inside but when we did we had all the features of home that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, did i mention the view and the ease of being on the beach in just a couple minutes? ;)

Getaway Bliss

I did a pit stop in Destin on my way down to Fort Lauderdale. It was absolutely amazing. I never closed my patio doors so I could listen to the ocean 24/7. I enjoyed watching the dolphins at sunset & drinking coffee at sunrise. The process at the beach was seamless, just grab a chair and enjoy the water in front of you. I fell in love to say the least. Such an amazing solo relaxing trip! Thank you.

Christmas in Destin

The property was right on the beach, which we love. Although it was very, very cold, we enjoyed our stay here. However, a few improvements could be made, such as grab bars by the shower and a new, better fitting front door with better locks. We never used the dishwasher as there were not enough dishes and utensils to actually make use of it. Had to wash dishes after each meal.

Very relaxing

First of all, coming from Chiefland Florida, a country town in North Florida, we were over whelmed with the traffic. For shoppers, Destin is WAY above average. Our nearest city is Gainesville and it can't compare. The place was beautiful. On the beach, no highways to cross and the beach is well maintained. The water was cool but for the end of October no surprise. Issues: We had a mouse and after calling a man soon arrived with sticky traps and the morning we left the rodent was stuck securely. Management offered to give us another place to stay. No worry - we are country people a mouse isn't a threat. The sofas need cleaning and the maintenance man said no surprise at the end of the season. My wife was most concerned that the left sliding door facing the ocean would not lock. I could not move the latch at all. The lock on the other sliding glass for worked fine. There is also a smudge on the door of a cabinet below the kitchen sink. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Roger Allen

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the crystal sands!! The only problem we ran into was that the cleaning ladies went around to every room at around 6:30 and banged on every door loudly. Unfortunately it woke up our whole room, but i other than that we had a perfect stay!
