Silver Beach Towers East 0903 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

For the ultimate in beach luxury, look no further than Silver Beach Towers 903E. Not only is the décor of this condo beautifully done but the view is unrivaled. With floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead out to a massive 300 square foot balcony, you can be assured to have optimal views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the three bedrooms feature flat screen Tvs and private baths plus the Master suite also has gorgeous views of the Gulf. The property of Silver Beach Towers features two of the largest resort swimming pools in Destin complete with a large tanning deck and two hot tubs and all located right on the beach. The property also has a huge grassy area for the kids to play as well as a community grilling area. Conveniently located in the heart of Destin, Silver Beach Towers is close to shopping, attractions and restaurants.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Family vaca

Hubby wasn’t impressed that the pool didn’t open till 9 am. Otherwise, the place was beautiful. One of the showers didn’t drain. But maintenance came pretty quick to fix it. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. We didn’t complain and just bought ice. There was nothing that would keep us from returning in the future.

Loved the location

Several issues in the condo. I wouldn’t call this a luxury property. Except for the location and balcony area. Pros: Location Layout of the condo Balcony Cons: Cleanliness Deco was very dated Appliances other than the microwave need replaced Slipcover on the couch was dirty and needs to be replaced Yellow light bulbs in all the bathrooms. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No hooks or towel bars in the master bathroom Not a single good sharp knife In need of paint on all walls and trim.

Family beach vacation

The property and condo is very clean and well kept. The decor is tasteful. The location is great, especially coming out at a stoplight. Parking was the best. There are a few upgrades the condo needs to make the stay even better but it wouldn’t keep me from booking again.

The view was amazing!

We stayed here for a whole week. The only problem was the bed in the master room was hard. Other then that, the property was amazing..the view was beautiful. The room was clean, and the location was amazing.

Great place

Fantastic place. I would have given a 5-star except for: The check-in is a mess. Must be after 4:00, but you have to go to the office to get the key fob, yet the office closes at 5:00. So, you have a one-hour window or you will be talking to the after-hours person who can only try to chase down the right person to get answers. The after-hours lock box is in a dark hallway in an old motel with no parking for the office unless you use the handicap spaces. Anyway, just a mess of a check-in process! You have to bring your own coffee. This is very rare these days and should be provided.

Very nice!

Great building! So quiet, never heard my neighbors. Very clean unit. Absolutely gorgeous views from private balcony. Cons- yes, the bed in master is not great and the dryer still takes a while to dry. The sofas are pretty worn out too. All consistent with a lot of use! But, it’s all clean and bug free which is wonderful.

Family Getaway

Everything was neat and clean. Property was very clean and sanitary. Parking was good in a good location with lots to do. Only thing I would check the stability of all furniture because one of my family members sat on a bench and it broke on her. Besides that everything was exactly what we was looking for! I would definitely stay here again!

Great view and location

This unit was very nice. The view was amazing. Loved looking at the ocean right from our balcony. The only drawback was the dryer. It took 3-4 round to dry the clothes. We notified them, and they came right away to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately, it must have been something major since it was wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Other than that, it was an excellent experience!

Our favorite stay!

Beautiful property with the best view! Beach access is so close to the pool and the setup is beautiful and very well-maintained. The kids loved being able to easily go back and forth. The pools are huge and even during that busy week they were not overcrowded. We felt safe with the fob required for building access. Parking was easy and we were close to all the fun attractions. We ate at Backporch every night because it was a short walk on the beach to get there. We will be coming back! Our only issue was that we had 8 people and we could not get our beach towels/laundry dry. The dryer needs to be replaced, we would have to leave the towels in it for hours and they would still be damp. Other than that, everything was clean and perfect!

Great property, but horrible beds

Second time to stay at this property, first time in this particular condo. They do an outstanding job of being efficient and timely with their communications. The view is awesome, the beach service is very nice as well. The only thing that was not acceptable was the beds, honestly they sucked horribly. So bad, I nearly chose to sleep on the hard floor because the master bedroom especially was so bad. The bed frame has been comprised underneath it appeared and the mattress was so caved in when you slept on it you felt like it was swallowing you. We dreaded going to sleep on it and hurt for hours after waking up. The unit was 903E. I would not stay here until they fix this or you will likely be disappointed. I did notify them and they said they would contact the property manager. Outside of the beds, everything else was really good and this is a great choice especially for families with kids.
