Siamo situati al Pelican Beach Resort nel cuore di Destin. Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Big Kahuna Water Park. Il nostro condominio si trova all'ottavo piano dell'edificio con terrazza con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo e sul porto. Il nostro edificio è lato spiaggia, il che significa che non si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. Si tratta di una breve passeggiata di 3 minuti attraverso il parcheggio fino alla sabbia. Nessuna strada da attraversare!
Vicino a ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e shopping. Siamo a pochi passi lungo la spiaggia dal ristorante Back Porch, che si trova proprio sulla spiaggia e offre ottimo cibo per tutta la famiglia. il Mellow Mushroom è proprio accanto ed è noto per la loro ottima pizza.

Great location

This is a great place to stay in Destin. The condo is conveniently located in the Pelican Beach Resort. It is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. The condo has two great bedrooms and is perfectly laid out for a family to enjoy time at the condo pool, resort pools and tiki bar, or grab a spot at the private beach.

Lovely resort

Highly recommend staying at this unit! The condominium and property were both lovely. The resort is convenient to beach, dining and shopping. Entry onto resort was not as smooth as expected; however, it was a small glitch and only happened the first time. Landlord was excellent at responding to questions!

This property is very clean and well kept. The owners take pride in the unit, and were really nice and easy to communicate with. I can recomment this property with no reservations. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in.

Overall Great Stay

For the most part it was a great time. Timely and courteous communication with the host (Michelle), beautiful view from the balcony (even if it's not right on the beach) where we spent a lot of time, water pressure was amazing, security was always visible so we felt very safe, ample parking, close to many activities and restaurants. Some updates needed to the guest bathroom to match the master, bed pillows need to be replaced; they are so flat (suggest bringing your own). Don't count on using the sofa sleeper as a bed (the mattress is so thin even my teenager was uncomfortable and just slept on the couch, hand soap in the bathrooms was from the dollar store (i'm not opposed to using dollar store soap, but maybe put it in a nice dispenser so no one knows), only 1 extra blanket, pictures online make the living room look much bigger because 1 whole wall is mirrors so just keep that in mind. Would love to see the owners update the seating in the living room for more comfort. Recliners and a newer couch would be nice. All in all, it was a wonderful week and great weather, so none of the negative comments affected our stay, just suggestions to raise the quality and make even more fabulous for your upcoming guest.

Great condo

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. Amazing view from the balcony and perfect for watching the fireworks without having to deal with the crowds. The beaches were beautiful and we had a great time despite the blistering heat. We walked to several of the nearby shores and the ice cream shop. The only difficulty we had was heavy traffic when trying to turn left out of the resort.

Nice place, nice location, nice owners, the only bad thing is that it wasn’t clean when we arrived… it needed some cleaning/dusting under beds and floor before we checked in but other than that everything was okay.

Great Location

First…. Communication was fantastic! Michelle is very quick to respond to any questions that I had. That’s huge. The location is great as the condo is minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. My wife and I ran in the morning. She took advantage of the gym in the building while I ran the sidewalk that runs along route 89. Only a five minute walk from the beach (make sure to reserve your beach umbrella and chairs if needed - online or in person on the beach). Beautiful water. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Destin Oasis

This property is simply beautiful! The views are amazing and the resort is clean and well kept. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was better then home. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. I would highly recommend staying in this unit!

This was a great location for restaurants and other activities. The condo was nicely furnished and kitchen had plenty of dishes/glasses/cookware. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. It’s not beachfront but has a great view of the water. Beds were comfortable. Shower in master bath had great water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

A nice place by the beach. It is equipped with many items to make your stay feel like you have a condo by the beach. Be careful with the chlorine of the jacuzzis, it is too strong and destroyed my brand new swimming suit. My advice: wear an old one and do not stay too long inside. Warm pool, hot sauna and steam room are a plus. I recommend this place.

Love the place

This condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. large enough for a family of 5. It has a nice kitchen. 3 minutes’ walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay. The only complaint I had was the beds in the guest bedroom were not as comfortable as the one in the master bedroom.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful place with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise/sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and the access to the beach was easy and at a short walking distance. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed in, is that the condo wasn't equipped with a Keurig (no bid deal, I'm just spoiled!) Other than that we loved our stay here and we will definitely be returning.

My family and I just returned from our stay 7/1-7/8. We read all the reviews prior to our stay, and several did not do this condo justice. The place was spotless, and super clean. The pictures from the condo did not do the place justice. The views were amazing. The walk to the beach was short (3 minutes tops). The resort was clean, and there was staff everywhere keeping it clean. The pool was nice and uncrowded. The tiki bar was great. And finally, the owners were super responsive and easy to work with. Book this property. I will return 100% without a doubt. Everything was amazing

Don’t use a weather app!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Check in was a breeze! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay! We loved the easy access to the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again! The weather app called for rain all week and although it rained several days, it only lasted for a short time before the weather was great.
