Questo condominio da 3 br 2 ba nell'ambita costruzione di Sterling Shores è stato recentemente decorato professionalmente. Tutti i prodotti per la casa e l'arredamento sono stati acquistati a febbraio 2019, quindi puoi stare tranquillo sapendo che le condizioni del condominio sono eccellenti!

Questa unità al secondo piano è adatta alle famiglie, non è necessario attendere in ascensore se non si desidera. La master suite dispone di un letto king size, ampio armadio, bagno privato e smart tv. Ha anche accesso al balcone. Puoi svegliarti al suono delle onde dell'oceano!

Una seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Ha anche una tv intelligente.

Una terza camera ha un letto a castello con letti gemelli e matrimoniali. Questa camera è perfetta per più bambini.

L'elegante soggiorno ha un divano letto, sedie comode e una grande tv intelligente.

Il balcone offre chaise longue, sedie e tavoli per permetterti di guardare il tramonto, goderti la vista delle palme e ascoltare le onde dell'oceano!

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici, frullatore, tostapane e caffettiera keurig. Vi è abbondanza di forniture per cucinare se decidete di mangiare! L'unità dispone anche di una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice complete.

Non è consentito fumare / svapare o animali domestici ammessi nella proprietà.

Goditi l'atmosfera di un resort con l'accesso a DUE piscine! C'è una grande piscina in stile laguna presso l'edificio condominiale e una seconda piscina fronte spiaggia con snack bar, bagni e accesso alla spiaggia. Diverse sedie a sdraio e giocattoli sono disponibili per l'uso nell'unità o è possibile noleggiare sedie sulla spiaggia.

Sterling Shores ha anche un cinema per 42 persone e un centro fitness, sullo stesso piano dell'unità!

Perfect stay!!

This property is beautiful and CLEAN. I was worried about staying in a condo with little ones but it was fully stocked with all of the essentials we needed. Close to everything you need and the heated pool and beach was great. I would stay here again!

So close to the beach

We had a family vacation it was so much fun , we were able to go to and from the beach easily. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Made some good memories!

We seen several rats the whole place was dirty and old not anything abouts the ad our unit didn't have the Veiw like advertised I won't recommend to anyone NO GUARDS OR WORKERS TO GET HELP FROM

Best Stay at Sterling Shores

We have stayed at Sterling Shores complex several times and we always enjoy the complex amenities, pools, gorgeous beach close to nearby attractions. But this was by far our favorite unit. The lay out was perfect for our group and we could have comfortably fit a few more people in there without feeling cramped or on top of each others. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials and the bonus beach chairs and toys were great for going to the beach everyday!

Family gathering

Small family gathering space enough for 4 of us on the beach. Clean, affordable, plenty of extras for us to enjoy cooking or going out to eat and stuff to hit the beach for the afternoon. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen that’s all you will need to enjoy your stay.

Beautiful condo and beach

We had a relaxing stay at Sterling Shores. The property and condo are clean and well maintained. It was the perfect beach vacation for our family with varying ages ranging from 2-70 years old.

Extended Family Vacation

We just left and had an amazing stay. My husband, myself, two toddlers and my parents all stayed and never once felt crowded. These hosts have thought of absolutely everything! Everyday my mom would notice something new and be so impressed they thought to include it. Ranging from beach toys &chairs, to a kitchen with Tupperware to pack beach snacks and even a mixer if you were planning on baking! There was a pack n play which worked perfect when my older son didn’t want to sleep in the big boy bunk beds anymore after a couple of nights. The in unit washer & dryer was awesome to help cut back on amount we packed and amount of dirty clothes coming home. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Destin!

A Wonderful Experience!!

The purpose for our visiting was to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday...and she was not disappointed. The property was simply beautiful!! From the color scheme to the furnishing to the decor! It for exceeded my expectations. Everything we needed was provided. Erin and Mike were awesome in that they quickly responded to our questions. I look forward to future stays at this prppety.

Super clean and wonderful Hosts! :)

Erin was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. Check-in worked at exactly 4:00pm. The condo was very clean and well stocked… and well decorated. 🤗 The start-up supplies provided were also great.. and we actually made it through almost the entire week without needing to purchase more. We loved the convenience of the condo being a short walk to the elevator and near the stairs for a quick trip up/down the one floor instead. The beach chairs and beach toys were an added bonus… so save the space and leave yours at home!! 🙌🏼 We have been coming to SS for years and we feel the location is perfect. Easy and delicious Backporch lunches or dinners with nighttime ice cream, caramel apples or chocolate treats at Candy Maker are the best. Being across the street from Walmart makes it quick and easy to grab any needed supplies. The main pool is wonderful but the convenience of the beachside pool and bathroom is awesome!! We love the beach but it always feels so great to cool off with a quick, refreshing dip in the pool!! 🌴💛 Thank you, Erin, for sharing your space with us!! ☺️

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The master bedroom was huge, and it was nice to have such a large balcony. We would definitely stay here again. The October weather was absolutely amazing as well!

The condo was great! Nice and clean! Only problem I seen was paths were not very visible due to no lights walking to the ocean! Lights were on the path just not lit! Everything else was great!

Very convenient location

Great location. During peak season traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings while trying to get to dinner. This location is very convenient to most of the restaurants we typically dine at and just a short walk across the street to The Back Porch. The pools were nice and the landscaping around the resort was very well taken care of. The room was nice and clean. It had almost everything we needed to complete the stay including chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids.

Love Sterling Shores

This is our fourth year staying at Sterling Shores. The location is great, the beach is beautiful, and the pools are very nice. We have rented five different condos and have been very pleased with the amenities, and cleanliness of the property and condos. We have had no issues with renting from any of the owners. We are already planning another trip!
