Tastefully decorated with a calming, light and airy, beachy décor designed to echo the tonal palette of the sand and the sea, D203 has a Queen bed in the Master, and two Full size beds in the guest room, as well as a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area – sleeping a total of 8. This Non Smoking beach home features a fully stocked Kitchen and all new major appliances, including a full sized WASHER and DRYER, flat screen TV’s, and free High Speed Internet. Your private patio balcony is furnished with attractive comfortable lounges, chairs, and table where you can savor your morning breakfast and coffee gazing out at the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While relaxing on the balcony, you can easily monitor the children at the pool, or while they play on the central manicured lawn.

In the Summer, kids make new friends on the grass where there is always a game in progress – soccer, softball, frisbee, etc. Family activities include an annual Easter Egg hunt, Scavenger hunts, family friendly movies on the lawn Monday nights in June and July, and S’mores nights with Live music on Wednesday nights in June and July, and Volleyball and Corn Hole on the beach. That beautiful white sand is just steps away, as are the elevator if you need it, ice machines, pool, tennis courts (where rackets and balls are available at the front desk at no charge), BBQ grills, and your parking space.
