  • Islander Condo # 313 è un West View, Platinum Unit che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Entra nel nostro paradiso tropicale situato in posizione strategica per un accesso facile e veloce alla spiaggia o alla scelta di due piscine.

    La cucina è stata aggiornata con armadi in acero, ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli strumenti per soddisfare le vostre esigenze di cottura. Raduna attorno al tavolo della sala da pranzo per 6 persone o rilassati nell'accogliente zona giorno per guardare la SMART TV da 42 "con Streaming Blue Ray Player e accesso digitale via cavo. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale disponibile per gli ospiti.

    La camera da letto principale vanta un nuovo letto king size, persiane a piantagione e una TV da 32 "e un lettore Blue Ray. Il bagno aggiornato offre un nuovo doppio lavabo in acero con ripiani in quarzo e cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti è stata rinnovata con un nuovo letto matrimoniale e una TV da 18 "con lettore DVD. Un pacchetto 'n play si trova anche nell'armadio della camera degli ospiti, per i nostri ospiti più piccoli. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una nuova vanità e una combinazione vasca / doccia in marmo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Islander is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Very clean building. The furniture in our unit was very clean. But, it could be more comfortable. Bed in primary was just not good. Felt the springs and a real back hurler by morning. What is also needed is a foot stool of some kind. Be aware of the coffee table, it’s on wheels. Lastly, we have rented from many places around the country. A few things that should be included. Enough toilet paper for 10 days, Kleenex box, trash sacks, pump hand soap in the bathrooms, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters. Little things that make a difference in the overall stay. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last night at the main desk and were told no. Really? That left a lasting impression. We had rented there multiple times.

Perfect fit

We stayed here with 4 adults and a baby and it was just what we needed! The room was clean and so nicely decorated. Two pools, very nice beach, and activities. It’s also in a great central location.

Luckily they had change on site for their laundry area. Also, I thought there was an actual tiki bar-but it was just a high top table with chairs you could’ve used. Other than that, very lovely place and staff was always welcoming and nice.

Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

Lovely Unit

The unit was very nice. It looked just like it did in the online pictures. The only glitch we had was at checkout. My sister in law misplaced her key but found it and turned it in a bit later than the other 3 of us. The office charged us 30.00 at first, then after a couple of calls said that they would refund it. They did but then charged us 60.00. After another phone call they refunded that too. They were apologetic. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
