Sterling Sands 401 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

So it goes with Sterling Sands 401. One of the few condos in Sterling Sands to have three bedrooms, as of 2022, it also boasts all new furniture, appliances, washer/dryer and accoutrements coordinated by a decorator.

Already a stunning gem of a beachfront vacation rental, the designer interior shines with a ‘light and bright’ ambience. It’s cool plank floors, shiplap accents, sea glass tinted wall tiles, clean white kitchen and tranquil beach decor give off a spa-like vibe. In fact, each bedroom has something tranquil to offer. The two Primary suites each have balconies with beach views, sitting areas, luxury bathrooms with oversized tubs and walk-in showers while the third bedroom features a queen size bunk bed and a playful nautical theme.

One of the sparkliest facets of Sterling Sands 401 is its beachfront balcony. It spans the southern side of the condo and features a glass wall railing so that nothing obscures the gorgeous beach views. A bistro table and fine outdoor furnishings make the balcony an ideal place to take in brilliant sunsets over the water. Guests of Sterling Sands are also privy to some very attractive amenities. The spacious pool deck, fitness center, and grill cabana are among the perks along with deeded beach access just for Sterling Sands renters. Plus, this Destin vacation condo is within walking distance of Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, The Track recreation center and plenty of beach shops and restaurants.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

**There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per guest, age 5 and older, to receive access to the property and amenities. This includes wrist bands, gate codes and parking passes. You will need to preregister before your arrival with the weblink we will send you after you have made your reservation.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31. Beach service can be purchased for a fee.
