La migliore spiaggia del mondo Crystal Beach.

ATTIVITÀ - Splendida Destin Commons Mall, cinema, fast food e ristoranti, banca, bar, pista ciclabile e da jogging e deposito ufficio. Outlet, noleggio barche, noleggio jet ski, noleggio pontile sono a pochi isolati di distanza.

VITA GUARDIA - c'è un salvagente vicino all'entrata della spiaggia. Sentiti al sicuro con i bagnini che sono in spiaggia dalle 9 alle 18:00.

PATIO- Grande patio coperto con molti posti a sedere, mangiare e barbecue. È appena fuori dalla piscina. Si può godere di molta ombra nel pomeriggio e un sacco di sole al mattino presto per i bagnanti.

INCROCIO SUL PONTE COPERTO - Sdraiati sul ponte per l'ombra del primo mattino, un sacco di posti a sedere e un luogo ideale per bere il caffè o uscire dalla pioggia. 4 porte in casa ti portano al ponte coperto.

Piscina: La casa ha una delle piscine più grandi del quartiere 12. 5 x 28 piedi e circa 8 piedi di profondità! La piscina ha una sporgenza a piedi che gira intorno alla fine, una bella caratteristica. Ha anche 4 posti a sedere in piscina dove puoi sederti e rilassarti con una bibita fresca, il mio posto preferito. La piscina è privata ed è circondata da palme.
La casa è di circa 2300 metri quadrati, open space.

Water pressure for upstairs could have been better. We cooked a lot which made the downstairs very warm. The thermostat was controlled by the owner and stayed at 74 degrees, but not in the kitchen/dining room area. The pool was great! Golf cart was a plus.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time! The check-in process was simple and seamless. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen with everything necessary to cook a few meals during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach, and to shopping, and the golf cart was extremely handy. Our favorite feature of the house was the lovely outdoor living room.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for what we needed. We were happy to have the golf cart to take to the beach and cruise around the neighborhood. We loved cooling off in the pool late afternoon. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio with a glass of wine. The location of the house is perfect too! Since you are closer to town, less time sitting in traffic when going out to dinner or exploring the town for activities. The owners were great and attentive. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The upstairs was warmer than we prefer when we sleep so we did turn it down at night. We were with 2 of our grown kids(40&32) and 1 teenager(16). I loved the king mattress but the kids said their mattresses made them roll to the center all night. That was the only downside but over all we loved it and we would stay here again.

Walk to the beach!

The house was exactly what we needed! We wanted a few days at the beach with 2 moms and 8 boys. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, the living room couch was so comfortable and lent itself to gather everyone together to play games. The kitchen was easy to use and had plenty of pots, pans, glasses, silverware to feed the hungry boys. The pool with the turf around it was perfect and outside area had flexible seating and lots of space to unwind and enjoy after the beach. Lydia and Murray were excellent hosts!

Destin home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed Lydia’s place so much! It literally felt like we were home. The pool was great and the perfect size for my family. The kids stayed in it daily during our stay lol it’s great to know that this home was their family home where they raised their 3 sons. There was more than enough space for us and bathrooms and super close to the beach access. It’s walking distance but the golf cart was a great addition. Lydia was helpful in making sure we felt welcomed and knew the ins and outs of Destin. Communication was top tier. Any questions we had were answered/addressed promptly. We would love to come back maybe during the summer! Thanks again

Spring Break 2025

The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay went great! The kids absolutely loved the pool and the location was perfect a short walk from the beach and a short drive to the popular attractions in Destin!

Fall break getaway

We've been coming to Destin for about 10 years for fall break with the grandkids. This house was perfect for our group of 7 this year. The grandkids loved the pool after being at the beach and the included golf cart made it easier going back and forth.The house was clean and not one bug was wereseen all week, that's a first

Great week

We had a fantastic stay! My family of 5 met friends (another family of 5) we don’t see often and had a great time. The golf cart was perfect to get to the beach and the pool was great to cool off. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect house for the 11 of us that spent the weekend. The covered porch was great for hanging out in the shade, the pool was very clean, and the front yard is perfect for cornhole. The 6 seater golf cart made transportation/parking at the beach a breeze. Comfortable beds and plenty of parking. Great place to stay!

Excelente localización

Propiedad muy bien localizada sona muy tranquila. Propiedad limpia, camas cómodas una estancia muy tranquila. Lo más importante que sus dueños son los que te dan la bienvenida a la propiedad y te dan las últimas instrucciones para el uso de golf car y el encendido de las luces de afuera.

Last minute getaway

This was very last minute after cancelling my birthday trip to Jamaica. I was shocked to find such a beautiful property so close to the 4th. House was very clean and the amenities were great. Especially the pool. We didn’t need to buy anything. Property is right around the corner from everything. Lydia was very responsive and accommodating. I’m hoping we make this an annual trip moving forward - and will definitely stay more than two nights in the future.
